Hygiene Issues: * The bed sheets were not washed and appeared unclean. * Basic hygiene standards were not met bathroom have spider and small insects and bathroom roof also have insects 2. No Hot Water: * Hot water was unavailable, making it very inconvenient. * This is unacceptable, especially in cold weather or for a comfortable stay. 3. Poor Maintenance: * The hotel lacks proper maintenance. * Facilities and amenities were not in working order or well-kept. 4. Unprofessional Receptionist: * The receptionist was unprofessional and overconfident. * Speaking English fluently does not compensate for the poor quality of the hotel and its services. 5. Overall Experience: * The stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations. * Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Neat nd clean. Perfect location, Well behaved staff.

Worst stay ever. They even charged for Water bottle which we didn't take, and he was asking to pay in cash (not any other mode) for the same. Completely closed rooms with non functioning AC. Literally we had to change the room because of basic needs like hot water in bathroom. You will get much better stays this in the same place.

Place is not well maintained. Walls are damaged. The cupboards have writtings on them. No complimentary water bottles provided. The facilities here are not that good. The washroom is not in good condition. Some lights in the room weren't working.

Limited service but well maintained small hotel conveniently located 5 minutes from Ekambareshwar and Kanchi Kamakoti temples. Friendly staff. No dining facility but many eateries nearby. Rooms window opens into a shaft so ventilation is not great. Good air-conditioning and clean bathrooms. Hotel offers a lower tariff if you do not insist on a bill.

Very nice and friendly staff and clean and comfortable stay for a few nights. The hotel is conveniently located near then main temple. There are a good number of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. There is also a large parking space a couple of plots away. The staff is the best part. Very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. We needed an additional room that we couldn't find online. We just called them and they held rooms for us. The rooms had working AC, hot water and were near and clean. There is nothing more that you could ask for from a simple hotel like this.

Rooms appear nice and clean but the Real problem start at the night. The AC Makes a huge noice and this problem is in every room. Unable to sleep. The receptionist don't care, he was Rude.NOT WORTH THE PRICE, I do not recommend this stay at all.

Nice place in a great location. The room we got was sufficient and bathroom was clean with 24/7 hot water availability. It is right across Sankara Mutt. They arrange refreshments and food from outside upon request. Even otherwise, you can walk to any of the hotels nearby. The reception is prompt at guiding when you need information, good people.
