Regency Kanchipuram by GRT Hotels

Finding hotel and reaching was bit difficult as there is no clear board or signage. The front desk is not much helpful. The people are great and excellent hospitality. Prashant is totally steal our hearts by taking care of us. The food also good and they taken care our special needs on food. The staff most of them are extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help u out and make u comfortable. The rooms are good except bed quality. We love staying there

Had a very pleasant and delightful experience. We had a small private event in GRT Kanchipuram. The whole event organisation right from our stay to the event was taken care of by the F&B Manager, Prashanth. Food was amazing, thanks to the chef. All our guests were pleased with the whole experience. I definitely recommend this place for events, stay or dining.

In a small town, this hotel stands out like a gem. The staff is what makes the hotel great. Right from the Security manning the entrance gate to the valet to the front desk and staff in the restaurant everyone wears a smile and are perfect hosts! The rooms are the perfect size, the food in their restaurant tasty. Centrally located they are at that perfect distance from temples and sari shops.

Rooms are neat and clean. Toilet is clean. Rooms well equipped. ||Staff are friendly. ||Food is tasty ||Location is very convenient. But entry is narrow as it is located on the main road. But once entered, no noise is heard||Inside hotel premises and also in rooms

Overall, the stay was excellent, and the people at Kanchipuram Regency were so helpful. The breakfast tasted really awesome. I will come back soon. Enjoyed the stay and service. Great hospitality Good food and service. I appreciate the customer service.

Our stay at here was a fantastic experience for our family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. As for the food, the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel a few nights--there were plenty of kid-friendly dishes. The service was attentive, and the food was always served fresh and hot.

Oh no, what a sad experience with their lunch. The only big hotel in that city, as its their monopoly, they really do not care about the food they serve. Just three non-veg options and buffet is as costly as tier-1 cities. Food tasted just alright, service inside the restaurant was poor, variety was bad. We were not allowed to order what we wanted, it had to be buffet itself. The employees were focused on the foreigners who came in group, and our table was left unattended.

Everything was perfect. Staffs, ambience, hospitality, service, rooms, food - everything. Keep Continue this. Got return gift when leaving. Whenever we will plan to visit Kanchipuram, we will definitely stay here. It was an awesome experience.
