Pine Tree Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and while there were several positives, there were also a few aspects that could be improved. We took 2 rooms. The hotel is in a great spot, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, it's situated on a busy road, but not much traffic noise inside the room. A big plus was the ample parking space available, which was a relief given the hotel's location. The hotel offers basic facilities, though nothing particularly standout. There's only one small lift, which tends to get crowded during peak times. Unfortunately, the WiFi wasn't working during my stay, and no alternative options were provided, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, there were no hangers available for clothes in one of the rooms, though we did find them in the other room. and only a small sample-sized bath soap was supplied. That could certainly be improved for a more comfortable stay. One downside was the hotel charging for the bottled water provided in the room, which felt unnecessary for the price. Overall, it was a decent stay, offering good value for the price. The hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast, but the minor issues, like the lack of working WiFi and the charge for water, did take away from the overall experience. If you're looking for a no-frills, short-term stay, this hotel fits the bill. expectations based on the relatively basic facilities provided.

Rooms are decent for the price, a bit noisy during peak hours with bus horn as it's right next to the main road. Lots of parking space and a restaurant just right outside for a quick coffee. Toilets are clean but starts stinking after a while. Staffs are helpful. Property is in center of town with lots of shops and restaurant around.

Nice rooms and good behaviour. You may directly contact to the property and book rooms. You will get flexible timings if rooms are available and if you contact directly. It is near to pachaiyappa silks and all other silk shops are very near. You will only get a 500ml bottle water to drink for 1 person. Further you have to buy seperately. The cafe there has good food and price seems to be reasonable. The hotel have their own auto and they are also very reasonable. However, there is no land phone in rooms to contact room service. Also please dont keep door and balcony opened because of mosquitos. Otherwise no issue with mosquitos. Full time heater and AC is working properly. You have good parking space also. But overall best hotel and good rooms.

Nice place for staying at kanchipuram. Budget friendly hotel. Staff behaviour is good. Four wheeler parking is available. Bathrooms are so clean.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable, but the road was quite busy. They have established good and reasonable parking options on their premises. However, we encountered an issue where each time we visited the reception, we were greeted by different staff members, which required us to reintroduce ourselves. Additionally, at 11 PM, I received a call from the receptionist asking if I was coming to stay, despite having already checked in and being present at the hotel.

Hell lot of mosquitoes..can't sleep even for couple of hours. No Kettle No Dental kit or any toiletries No Intercom No Wifi TV without Dish connection. No Complimentary Breakfast cockroaches in Bathroom One of the worst views from room. Please Avoid

Pine Tree is a gem in holy city of Kanchipuram. Clean room, supportive staff and a spacious parking. It was a pleasant family stay at the Hotel, major temples are 1-2 km from the place.

Positives: 1. The hotel rather than being at the city centre, was nearby it which was good, since it avoided the city buzz. 2. I have been in 311 room, it was clean and well maintained. No ambient disturbance. 3. Close by good hotels and tea/coffee bars 4. Staff were friendly and helping 5. Some reviews said about bed bugs, which I was so scared of. But the room didn't had any bed bugs. 6. Worth the money. Negatives: 1. It didn't had a phone for calling the room service, so I had to literally go down/call the receptionists mobile every time I needed something. 2. The room to being a garden area had mosquitos, but the staff gave repellent, hence that wasn't a big hassle.
