OYO 45516 Aks Inn

No proper security.. staffs available..! No room service. Rooms are okay.good. 3 cars - Idiots parking on the way.. My car stuck inside for half-day...

There is no room attender to enquire about the facility. The water leakage at western toilet at room no 303 is not attended till we vacate the room. The rooms were not cleaned and kept tidy. The pillow covers bedspreads were not washed for weeks together. Not advisable for a decent stay.

The worst experience I had ever been In any other oyo rooms. The incharge person is so rude to me. There is no intercom in the room to communicate with incharge. No proper response when asked for any favours or work. Room was kept uncleaned, spider web and alcohol bottles were there when we entered. Told them to clean, they said it would be done in 10min but they took half a day to respond. And then I only kept bottles outside the room. Even then they took 1 day to take it out after repeated requests.. No proper curtains, everything is visible from outside. The worst part is no room service, none of the eminities were given, no power back up or wifi which was notified as would be given. And very much irritating staff which check in. They accept only cash and they say no when I told I would pay in oyo app. Somehow he cancelled my booking and rebooked a new room with higher charges. I even now don't know how it happened. After a big fight I somehow managed to book a new room myself for lower money in oyo. Oyo customer care also didn't help me resolve this. Very unhappy with the experience. Highly not recommended to any couple or family members outside Tamil Nadu.

Culprit manager i paid the amount fully as per Oyo online booking and he denied room for me the cost which I paid. He can give me single bed room but my booking as per Oyo gave me Deluxe 3x room. How cruel mind he have. Oyo has to change the culprit manager belongs to the real property. While I'm having health issues he never showed me mercy.

Never ever book room in this hotel, They are cheating everyone, They take bookings from OYO but after booking is confirmed and when you reach the hotel they say no rooms available, they make you to wait for some time later they will ask you to pay more for the same room, in OYO booking amount was 1550 in this hotel he asked to pay 1000 extra to give the same room and 200 bribe for him, later he LL give you the room. I had called oyo customer support they even spoke with the owner but no use, later oyo asked me to choose different hotel or they LL refund the amount. Oyo guys said they LL take action against this hotel guys, but till now this hotel guys are cheating people in name of oyo. They were doing to all guys who had booked a hotel from OYO. I felt bad because so many family people with small kids who had a booking confirmation were waiting outside due to this hotel guys Drama.

Made us to wait a lot before checkin as it was booked through Oyo. After talking with Oyo finally got into room. You can't find a phone to call the reception, though there is no reception as such. You need to come down all the time if in case you have a query. Got a room which is behind a marriage reception hall inside.

Ample parking space, courteous staff, clean and spacious room with a huge bathroom. Deducted one star just for the staff asking for extra money and also that one cannot their own AC temperature

Hotel Manager not allowed Checkin, though we have advance booking .Staff improper better to check with Hotel before planning though you booked online..Need to Say Bad about Oyo they are spoiling our Visit.
