Nitheesh Residency, Kanchipuram

Quiet, super clean, and spacious. Even though it's centrally located and close to most attractions and shopping areas, it's incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff is extremely helpful, polite, and communicates in English really well. Additionally, they offer a complimentary South Indian breakfast. This hotel was much better than the 4 or 5-star hotels we've booked so far. The fact that the room was so quiet and clean puts it multiple steps above the competition!

We booked the hotel through a phone call and they confirmed our rooms without any token payment even . We were to reach after midnight and immediately on reaching we were assigned to our rooms .Good sized clean rooms . I particularly want clean linen and it was good . Washrooms were Okay. Room good for a price of 2100 per day for 2 occupants . Hotel is very near to all the temples though we hired an auto to go around courtesy Front desk of hotel .

Very neat and clean rooms. Very humble staff. Very near to Temple. Safe to stay for families. Response from staff is very fast. Breakfast was very tasty. Unfortunately they don't serve food. This is only the minus point.

We visited Kanchi for temples , sightseeing and booked Nitheesh Residency after checking Google reviews. Due to triple occupancy in some rooms, we (3 members)were given a family room with two king-size beds. The positives about Nitheesh Residency include clean beds and bathrooms, basement car parking, and proximity to shopping areas. However, the room was not spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was served in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't offer in-house food or beverages beyond breakfast, directing us to order from Swiggy and Zomato, which was costly. Even coffee had to be ordered from Swiggy. It would be advisable for the hotel to provide at least tea or coffee for guests. The kettle in the room was dusty, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The biggest disappointment was the malfunctioning AC, which would be particularly unbearable during hot summer months."

Rooms were very neat and cozy. Bathrooms are small but manageable. Car parking is available at the basement. However, entering the lane with big cars is quite challenging.

Well behaved reception staff. Location is good. Complimentary breakfast was promised. But when reached the hall @ 9 am, only a few Poori was available that too without curry / masala. The attitude of the serving boy was quite embarrassing. He told, only this stuff is available. When informed the situation @ reception they requested to wait for 20 minutes to bring the food from outside sources. We were eager to visit the temples and had no time spare. Car parking available.

we have been there for 1 night with my family. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Service is also good. When we have visited breakfast was given to room in package because of some work at Dining area. Other that it was great experience staying at Nitish residency.

Pleasant stay. Tasty breakfast spread. A bit expensive when compared to other hotels in Kanchi but well maintained. A bit far from temple about 2 kms or so but if you have a vehicle, it shouldn't be a problem.
