One of the worst front desk reception, you will be welcomed. Arrogant and so busiest and unpleasant old syco fellow. ** No hot water, you will get only early in the morning they will not be ready or like to tell you even if you ask. ** Very small rooms. ** High cost in this place. ** Somehow little okay in clean rooms.

I will never recommend to any one to book this hotel . Very very bad experience in my 12 days south India tour . I never expected this type of worst room facility's & hygiene . The room are no maintained and cob web every where. Light switches towel hangers and plumbing fixtures were broken . Even the mopping were not done in room. The bed sheets and covers have stains everywhere. I am forwarding some of proofs of room no 109.The receptionist was very rude and not listening to any thing. I have paid Rs2810/- through yatra .com . So think 100 times before booking this hotel, they are just robbing to visitors. Yatra.com or any other on line agency must cancel their registration from their portal.

Rooms Were Good and nice full happy for rooms but the person sitting in the reception Worst response by receptionist i have ever seen in my entire life no manners how to talk to customers. We are with family and waiting for room confirmation and he not at all responding to us and family has waited for 40 mins outside on the road and he was doing time pass at night 1:00 am to give the room. management has to talk action like this persons if not hotel repetition will be loss. I also kept the image of the person also.

I boarded on Jan 31, 2025. Conjusted central ac rooms, no ventilation at all, foul smell. Just that the hotel is close to amman temple. Prefer aalayam if you can afford.

We stayed on 19th November 2024, booked 2 rooms. Both shift managers(bald one and tall one) are bad and don't know how to behave with customers. Not sure what owner of the hotel is doing and in which bar he is sleeping. Issue: we checked in around 8 pm on 19th and clearly told will check out by next day morning 7 am. I parked my car in the cellar parking area. when I tried to take my car out I see 2 more cars parked behind my car and I could not take it out. when I asked night shift manager(bald guy) to get the contact details of the car owners parked in the cellar , He clearly told he is not responsible for parking area. and the same answer for the another shift manger(tall guy) who just take to shift. It went till heated argument for 1 hour. Me and my family went to each room and got the car owners. Finally want to say staff is very bad and not supportive.

We went to attend a function. The location is the drawback. There is literally no parking. You can't even drop your family in front of the hotel. Don't go here between 6 PM to 9 PM. No one will allow you to park ur car near their shops. You should go round and round to search for parking. The hotel is under renovation. It is an ageing hotel. Their party hall is ok.

Worst place...AC is not working and when we complained the old fellow in reception told that the outside temperature is 110 degrees.... room looks good but the main drawback is air conditioner
