Overall there are no decent budget sleeping options in Kanchipuram. Kushal (Kusal) lodge has been renamed as HOTEL SIMLA RESIDENCY. We were given rooms in top floor in spite of having rooms in lower floors. Room was like hot oven, rooms had zero ventilation. There was a window but window opens to the corridor. I could not sleep even for a minute. Parking not available in front of the hotel.

In the price segment it was better stay. But there was no parking space. And it's risk for car parking.

Worst rooms and also high price, even the bathrooms are not cleaned

I have stayed in this hotel for only 1 day and felt that this is just an average hotel to stay. The rooms and washrooms are not well maintained. The service is average. Overall it was an average stay at this hotel.
