Nice place to stay,very near to Kamakshi Amman temple,near & clean rooms,safe for lady travellers,lot of dining options near the place,easy access to get auto and other mode of transportation.Bus stand is also near by.Neat rooms!

Very good place to stay in Kanchi. Walkable distance from Meenakshi temple just 100 mts. They offer different type of rooms like deluxe, single etc. Lil costly due to the location. They have family room as well with four beds

Sorry guys this residency is not worthy and they are not keeping up for the provisions promised, phone chargers are not working and even TV is not working in few rooms since they didn't get their connection done properly,what they promise and they do is completely different iam totally disappointed since I have come for the temple visit with the family but not valid.

My parents recently stayed here in a standard AC room.. It has good service and its very near to Ammavari temple. Special Thanks to Mr.Mudith who is very friendly with the customer in guiding address and co ordinating everything.This hotel has near by resturants for food and near to bus stand We highly recommend this hotel for family to stay.

Good hotel for family stay. We had stayed (room:301) for 2 days. It was a nice stay. Having a good restaurant nearby. Very close to kamakshi Ambal temple. Staffs are so kind. Few improvement needed: 1. Has only one power socket and it was located very high. Difficult to use mobile charger 2. If it has night lamp provision then it will be good

One of the worst management..we stayed for a day here..the management guy committed extra bed for no charge. But he took our money by returning the balance of 300. But at the time of vacating, he said he took the extra money for bed which he siad wil give it free of cost as there is no occupancy in the hotel.

Great location, decent accommodation. Greedy, rude and unfriendly front desk, prone to lying about details of stay duration to charge for one additional day. They claimed policy of 12noon checkout even though I was upfront about leaving in the evening during check-in the previous night, and clearly a tactic to extract more. I will not recommend it because of this reason. Plenty of places around to find equivalent accommodation. Or you take it in writing on the check in and check out details.

Well furnished and enough furniture. Good location for a temple city like Kanchipuram. Service needs to improve. Tariff is a bit high for the limited facilities. Lift is available. Access not available for wheelchair persons. Crowded and cramped location.
