Hotel Surya Residency A/c

My stay at Hotel Surya Residence was disappointing. Despite booking an AC room for a full 24-hour period, the hotel turned off the AC early in the morning, making the room uncomfortable. The cleanliness was subpar, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. What's more, the room was overpriced at 3300 rupees, which was not reflective of the quality offered. I would not recommend this hotel, as it did not meet my expectations in terms of service or value for money."

Worst accommodation ever experienced. This is a OYO Rooms property. OYO is making customers fools by listing this as Smart in its App, despite it is a Spot-on.

1. The room had no cupboard to hang clothes 2. Noisy fan 3. Very hard bed 4. A/C available but can't turn it on and never bothered to repair even after complained 5. Late room servi Very pricy for this defects!!!

Very good service very nice rooms too and location was awesome looking

Really good and sincere service . I loved Veg fried rice in this hotel. You also try it.
