Rooms and bathroom are average (not high not low). Hot water is always available. Very budget friendly hotel and owner and manager are too nice in responses. We stayed for 2 days and got a small discount in Non AC rooms with free extra bed pillow and bedsheets.

Old hotel, but maintained well , the beds , washrooms, service everything was good enough., a very near lodge to A S Babu Sah and 10 mins walk to prakash, the owner and manager is very helpful and will speak in English for language communication that helped many ppl...

A decent hotel in the central part of Kanchipuram. The staff are good and helpful. It's an old hotel, and the ambience, doom decor and furnishings show that. The rooms are functional, but not very clean. The could make the experience better for the guests with a little more cleaning and care of their rooms.

Located around 600-800 meters from the bus stand, the store is located near A.S.BABU SAH store and opp to the taluk office. We stayed on 25-26th-Dec with family, when the rooms were at peak prices in other budget hotels ( around 1500- 2800) near kamakshi temple, they quoted just Rs.1200 and that is also for a king size bed and spacious room. The hotel's rooms are affordable and the bed and pillows were hygienic. They offer extra bedsheets and pillows on request as well. The owner and caretaker are approachable and polite. Other staff are polite and supportive as well. I would recommend them to anyone who want a budget hotel with spacious room. The only small issue that we had was the fan regulator was not working so the fan was running at Max speed and in night we were feeling little cold but we got extra bedsheets so not much issue and there was no jetspray in our toilet , hope they fix these small issue soon.( Please note I didn't complaint these to the caretaker) . Good thing they had geaser in room so we were able to take hot shower in morning to go early to temples.

A very poorly maintained hotel. We were not given the room we booked for quite some time. Finally we were allotted room 103. The TV was not working ( the excuse was that a monkey damaged the antenna), the bath room door was not closing properly: no phone in the room: no calling bell: the bathroom was dirty and unwashed. The wash basin tap was not working properly. There was no jet for cleaning after toilet use. No drinking water. No staff asked us whether we wanted anything. Miserable service. Over priced rooms. No towels and no bed sheets.I don't how anyone could give any rating for this hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Not worth for the price. No hassle free car parking. Every time they would disturb you if any other vehicle is taken out. No proper service too, for non AC - INR 1450/- is way high for the given no ventilation room n they don't even provide basic refreshing kit too... Recommended only when no other options found.

Not worth the money they charge. Bathrooms are very dirty. Plumbing is in very poor condition. Western toilet flushing is not effective. How many times you flush it nothing gets flushed. No ac remote. Bucket in bathrooms never seems to have cleaned.

Worst hotel no neatness. Don't stay here
