SSK Residency - Kanchipuram

Had an unpleasant experience at SSK Residency. The AC does not work so we had to change rooms twice, even after that the AC was not upto the mark so we had to adjust, the bathroom is cramped and the rooms are very average which lacks basic facilities like a cupboard, kettle and charging socket near the mirror. The parking is not at all driver friendly and one has to struggle to park their vehicle inside the small space. The attitude of the old man at the front desk is arrogant. Overall would not recommend this place as there are surely much better options for the same price range. Please do a thorough check before booking online.

Rooms are clean n spacious. Staff is good-Vignesh is kind & helping nature. All temples are nearby this location. House keeping people also honest and good work. I highly recommend this residency everyone to stay. Thank you SSK residency Sushma

Basic rooms , clean linen and bathroom. Hot water was available only in the morning. Indifferent staff, no room service, no hotel phone or kettle provided. So any tea and coffee you will have to go out to get. The staff insisted on cash and with no receipt, which i thought was a bit shady. The room and facilities offered were too less for the hefty room rent. Location is right on the main road very close to the Varadaraja perumal and other Vishnu temples. The room gets all the sound from the road :( even when closed in a ac room

We stayed in SSK GRAND Kanchipuram from 9 Dec to 11 Dec 2024. We would like to give a 10/10 rating. Service was very good. The restaurant Nithya amirtham below is clean and serves good food and prompt service. The location of the hotel, the ambience and quality of service is good. On any service request the front desk reception respond very fast. The complimentary breakfast is good and served with full hospitality. I will fully recommend this Hotel to future visitors to Kanchipuram. Thank you for the services.

bathroom shape is odd. towels are dirty and torn. bathroom locks dont work. the window grill locks dont work, tv doesnt work, no phone device to call reception, wifi doesnt work.... would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hospitality by the receptionist vignesh , and it is very affordable and near to the temple , if u are watching budget friendly rooms you can contact ssk residency it's worth staying here

The room was great but the aircond is not working so we use the fans.the bathroom was clean but smelly.

Yet is no parking in hotel and the staff members are screaming because we parked opposite to the hotel road . The old man was very rude and spoke harshly. Do not expect for parking in the hotel
