Really not satisfied with the stay I had here. Myself and my office stayed here for three days and really had a bad experience. 1. Rooms when we checked in had a foul smell 2. Lot of stains and dirts on Bed, bedsheets, pillow and its covers 3. Rooms were not even dusted or cleaned. They dont even do it regularly untill and unless we request them to come do it. 4. Balcony was soo worst that it was filled with spider nets, and other dusts 5. Washrooms were not even clean and it had some foul smell. 6. The road to their location is really worst and like an off road. Mud road and dirt road. 7. There room service is really not good. 8. The complimentary break fast was not upto the expectations. They dont even provide drinling water or tea/coffee in this complementary breakfast The day when i checked in and saw the rooms we decided to checkout and ask for refund amount. But the reception person asked to contact agoda customer care and I had tried for almost three long hours to connect with them for cancellation and refund. But it failed and they did not resolve the issue. The hotel is very good and spacious. But their maintenance and servicing is worst. If they seriously foused to improve it I am sure that they would get the best reviews and more customer checkins.

If you're new to booking, please read my review carefully: I booked a hotel for 2 days and had several issues: 1.I booked at a certain price, but upon arrival, they asked for extra payment, even though I had paid online. Be cautious, as they may charge extra. 2.The hotel is 1.5 kilometers from ECR Road, but it takes at least 30 minutes to reach due to the scenic, yet slow, route. They mentioned it's been like this for the past 10 months. 3.They charge for the heater (geyser), but it doesn't work. They claimed it's turned off in all rooms to prevent electric shocks. 4.The TV is present but there's no active Tata Sky subscription, so the screen is blank. 5.The water quality is poor; it caused itching and allergy due to high salt content. 6.For lunch, even if you order from outside, they force you to buy from their kitchen, where prices are very high (e.g., one coffee costs 52 rupees). 7.I waited at the reception for 30 minutes with no response and saw no maintenance. The place was full of insects. So, enjoy this room at your own risk.

Last time me and my Frnd stayed here for 1 day nice experience and the balcony view very good spent a good time but right now booking is not available please tell the reason why not able to book?

Very bad experience. I booked the hotel from GoIbibo and they asked for extra payment while checking in. Rooms not maintained properly. Stay not at all worth for Rs1700

Booked through agoda, payment done through online mode, but when I reached there they asked for 500 extra.And the room they gave was the worst you can imagine, no lock for the room, foul smell from toilet. When contacted customer care they didn't help in anyway, they will just attend the call and leave you it you disconnect from your end.This so far is the worst experience ever happened to me. Do not go for the lower rate you see in any platform , they will get extra charge from you. I recommend not to book this ever.

We check in around 10pm with our frds.. the rooms are neat and clean. AC working fine . Worth for money 1700 including taxes and morning breakfast complimentary. Dinner not good taste so pls avoid ordering food here

We Checked in at the correct time but we got the room very late. The room was not properly cleaned, cigarette smell, Tv was not working at the initial moment, restrooms were not clean. There was no bucket and mug inside the restroom, the shower also did not work properly. We decided to check out at night.
