OYO 14599 Hiru Resorts

Worst resort I have ever seen. The owner is a money minded lady who took payment from us and posted a review that we haven't paid and entered the premise . There is no privacy because the workers took video recording while our family members were in the pool, which is not acceptable. Poor maintenance of toilets, A/c 's and fans. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.

The swimming pool was good, but, only the swimming pool was good. The Villa was not clean, there were too many mosquitoes. According to the description we thought that we would get the entire Villa but when we went there, the care-taker of the Villa said that the 1st floor will not be provided and instead of that floor he said us to go to the rooms made next to the pool which was not safe (because it was dark) at night.

Warning : Do not waste your time and money here. Apart from the property being quite big, which is the only plus about this "resort" , all the other things in it are absolutely appaling. Let me list it down for you. 1. Dusty floor, furniture and windows. 2. Under maintained lawn and gardens. 3. Millions of mosquitoes and house lizards. 4. Stained, moldy, smelly mattress & pillows. 5. Leaky air conditioners 6. Unclean washrooms. Etc etc etc. Seriously, the list is non exhaustive. On top of all these, the greatest problem of this so called resort is that you can't complain to the owners about anything. She behaves as if we were let in to enjoy the "resort" for free. In short. Don't waste your money. Look for other resorts. There are thousand of them around.

Worst ever! Please don't waste your time and money on this farmhouse/resort. I've attached a few screenshots below explaining how bad our experience was.

Superb property with extremely poor maintenance. Fans not working. AC not working. TV not working. NO WiFi. You are forced pay upfront and the manager vanishes. You have to manage with care takers and security. Broken bath fittings. Water heater serviced after demand. Big garden with poor maintenance. Pool is good but no shower to bath before and after using the pool. No proper access to beach which is stinking with dead fish. Not a good place for family get-together. waste of huge Money. Food is excellent taste with very limited options. You ask tea they will ask you to supply MILK SUGAR AND TEA POWDER. THE COOK AND HELPERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. WILL NEVER GO THERE IN MY LIFE AGAIN.

It was the unfortunate decision to visit this resort , Worst resort with poor maintenance and lacking basic amenities, the owner is so rude and unprofessional..go through all the reviews before you visit .... Not even deserve 1 star

Superb place but worst maintenance air conditioner not working properly fans not working. For this sort of maintenance price is too high. Personal advice too all do pay before under the house fully.

I think Google shld provide minus stars....guys don't go on exterior... The worst bathroom fittings are there...AC are not working...pool is small ...and backyard way which is connecting beach is worst not @all maintain....we found snakes there.... Too many mosquito... Over all wate of money
