I went to this place this weekend along with my friends... Very much upset No cleanliness Pungent smell Worst bathrooms No cupboards Not taken any food facility which I don't want to comment

Very poorly maintained. We booked 6 rooms, on arrival we were told AC does not work in 2 rooms. We later found that the heater does not work in one room. All plumbing fittings were broken. In spite of the rooms being spacious, everything was broken or damaged. All plumbing stuff keeps breaking or leaking due to the excessive water pressure. We spent almost half day with the caretaker identifying broken bathroom fittings and replacing them.... Felt like we were on maintenance duty and not on vacation

Booked for a family get-together of 20+ people, and we enjoyed our stay. Both the caretaker and manager were present on the property and promptly responded to any issues that arose. Overall, it was great value for money with a big spacious hall and six rooms along with parking space for four cars

I recently had a disappointing experience at a home stay. The property looked promising in photos, but in reality, it was poorly maintained. The room had a musty odor, and most of the room doors don't have locks.Kitchen was the worst. The hosts seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our concerns. Overall, it was a regrettable stay that fell far short of expectations.

If you are looking for a quite space with family and friends you can go here. Beach is approximately 700m from the resort. 6 spacious rooms are available with washrooms. Ample parking space, outdoor area and swimming pool is available. Even though the washrooms and kitchen are maintained, if they replace the hardwares then it will be very good.

Visited this place recently and quite disappointed with maintenance.Old beautiful place very badly maintained.To begin with unclean bathrooms, locks not working in all bathrooms, AC not working in all rooms,hot water not available in all rooms. Kitchen was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Water which is bare minimum was not providedThe vessels were not clean and no proper cutlery was provided..The pool area was good and cleaned but had small tile pieces here and there. Constant cleaning of bathrooms was not done,towels , basic handwash &toileteries were not provided. The place is located in secluded street which was great but will not recommend visiting the place until the maintainence is done properly.

My recent stay at the villa was not good at all. The kitchen was dirty and in bad shape, making it hard to cook anything. The whole place wasn't cleaned properly, and it seemed like no one had taken care of it for a long time. There were some serious issues with important things. Some bathroom doors couldn't even lock, and there was no hot water in some places. In a few rooms, there was no water at all. They didn't provide drinking water, which was a basic necessity. The air conditioning didn't work well in most rooms, and some didn't work at all. This made it really uncomfortable. The biggest shock was finding a snake near the pool, which was not safe at all. The only good thing was that the pool itself was clean. But with all these problems, I wouldn't recommend staying at this villa. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Good place to have fun, Villa has enough space. Swimming pool is bit small and little more maintenance required. Open space is sufficient for parking.
