Villa Belleza Bay by Baywatch Stayzz

I recently stayed at the Resort, and while it was nice, there were some areas that need improvement. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by power outages that continued for so long. Due to the lack of water supply, especially at midnight, we used drinking water for bath. ( It seems we spent quite a bit of time in the pool, exceeding 2.5 hours. So, the bath was much needed at that time so we used the water from the cane) made things uncomfortable as basic amenities were unavailable when needed. On a positive note, the caretaker was doing an excellent job and was very polite. We enjoyed a refreshing pool that undoubtedly added to the overall calming and enjoyable experience. However, I did notice that the pool area wasn't as well-maintained as I had hoped. There were occasional issues with cleanliness and maintenance, which detracted slightly from the experience. Despite these issues, the pool was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. Attention to detail, such as pool cleanliness and maintenance, could go a long way in enhancing guests' overall satisfaction. In my opinion, the resort is a bit too expensive at 15k. I hope that management will address these issues promptly to ensure future guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Absolutely beautiful property! Went with friends. the exterior and interior were impressive, the kitchen and bedrooms were superb (the sheets need to be washed though as we found them to be dirty) The location around the villa however was a bit deserted but that's okay as it's only a few meters from the mainroad after the toll. The pool was also great, the grass was green. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

We stayed at the same property a year ago and visited again for a family gathering. To our disappointment, the property is very poorly maintained. The washrooms are very bad, with a broken bath, stains on the commode and drain. The extra mattresses are torn. The property has become old and is not well-maintained. Pool tiles are broken, and the chairs are stained. Most of the kitchen equipment is not working, so we could not cook. They charge too much for this property--20,000 on weekends and 12,000 on weekdays--but in reality, it is not worth paying anything. The Wi-Fi is also not working. I had a good reputation on Baywatchstayz, but this property was a complete disappointment. The caretaker is not very customer-friendly; he often hesitates to do what we ask and frequently goes out. He is unavailable whenever we need help.

Wonderful property... very neat place and we'll maintained. had great time with family and friends... amazing experience and worth the money. The caretaker was friendly and very good in response. Weakend spent well in this amazing property. I would recommend this for anybody who want spend a quality time with family and friends for a reasonable price.

A great property to stay at. We stayed there for a night along with our family and we enjoyed a lot. Host has a great taste , house was beautiful with antique touch and was kept very clean. Pool along with the backyard setup was just picture perfect. All amities were provided as mentioned. Special mention to the caretaker of the property, he was very welcoming and kind . We celebrated our dad's birthday there and caretaker was kind enough to accept our last minute request to make arrangements for the dinner and celebration. Was delighted with the arrangements he made and efforts he had put. One night was just not enough to enjoy the property and amenities they provided. I highly recommend this place if your planning to stay away from city's hustle bustle along with your family or friends. Note: landscaping of the property may not be as big as it seems in pics but pretty good enough space is there to have some fun activities. Be aware insects at night as the property has good amount of greenery around our fellow creatures would also like to enjoy the stay.

Hi I had a pretty bad experience with this property. First the location is very interior from main road no proper street light is fixed. Looks very danger to travel alone. Secondly, there was a frequent power shutdown happened like almost 5-7 times in 10yrs which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Most importantly there was no water supply during mid night and we suffered a lot bcz of that. Overall I ambience lawn was good . But definitely not worth for 15k

Overall, I had a great experience. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was surreal. From welcoming and cheerful staff to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark.

We were group of friends wanted for a good neat and clean private resort at ecr , found out this one in the last minute and surprisingly this resort by baywatch was available. I should say the resort was looking very beautiful in live , it was better than the pictures. Rooms were so neat & clean , Air conditioning was also working great just like a five start category properly. Beds , tv , bathroom & kitchen all had all the features . The kitchen has all the utensils too . Ready to use type . The swimming pool was so clear , I couldn't find much chlorine in pool . The garden area is also good can host a good get together. Best and safe place for small groups , very nice for family too. Special Thanks to Manchal & Huzefa who help me in booking the property senselessly.
