Peninsula Icon Beach Resort

We slept around 3am, and 6am there is noisy for stage preparation for next function, we are booking upto 12pm but not able to sleep in the morning due to upcoming events. Supervisor asked us to give room for cleaning at 11.10 am but when we are check in they clean at 2pm and give the room. Upcoming event people's are occupying our rooms at 11.30 itself, worst service I never ever seen.. Poor service

The villa was very poorly maintained with broken glass tables, broken windows, some fans and lights in not working condition, Couldn't even adjust AC temperature. While booking they said Kettle and induction stove will be available but nothing was there in the kitchen. Luckily we brought our own kettle and managed somehow with kids. On top of all these, the bathrooms were smelling heavily like sewage tank. We couldn't even tolerate the smell. We complained to the care taker but nothing was done until we checked out. Imagine, having kids in such conditions. I will never suggest anyone to stay at this property. Outdoor areas like the lawn area and the swimming pool were clean and maintained well. Kids had a very nice time there. Hope the management cares to maintain the villa as well with same importance.

Great place to spend your time out side the room with multiple people's rooms are not good

Great place to have frnds day out a bit expensive and the person there kept asking for money to clean and just petty cash

Spacious enough to cater a large group But Not Hygiene enough to satisfy a family.

Decent resort but too pricey. Swimming pool water should be cleaned and no utensils available in kitchen even though we're buying food outside, we would need spoon or ladle inside kitchen. Also, Management should take care of expenses for cleaning when guests leave and should not ask more money from guests for cleaning post they leave. Ground floor toilet seat was broken and it need to be fixed. Showers are very slow in bathrooms available. Overall it's fine but there is room to improve.

Rooms could have been of equal size. There are 3rooms, where 1 is too big with 4cot and the others are of moderate sizes. There should have AC installed in the living area.

We had our office team outing here. The place is really well maintained and is located at a great spot. Not too far away and not near a crowded locality as well (so there's no problem from neighbours). The rooms and lawn are well maintained. The property has lots of space for parking and a decent sized swimming pool. The beach is accessible and at a walkable distance too.
