Hotel O ECR Chennai Kanathur

Trusted the reviews in mmt but its not true!!! No drinking water provided, TV aren't working, no kettle, no induction, no work table and so on which they claim they provide. Look at the door. How unsafe!! They wouldn't accept 1 - 2 hrs early checkin despite many empty rooms. Paid extra for early check-in which Im fine. The rooms have no ventilation and the room smell of moulds is sickening! Smelly Blanket and stained bedsheet, when asked for new one he just say we don't have others and gave 1 bedsheet which we used as blanket lol. Toilet dirty to the core inside and sides, when asked to clean again he refused and asked to leave key saying there is no cleaner, to which we said will have lunch and come back came back just few hr and asked and he said there is no cleaner and wont look at you but his phone. waited but never came. raised a complaint and after which he got angry and came to argue!!! Next day since bathroom wasn't clean despite asking to clean the day before. I let a bucket of water out and guess what!!! Found used condom from the back of the commode lol! Mind you we are girls who came for business event. When asked he question us back lol. to which I blantly told on his face we are women what the hell are we gona use it for!!!!! To which he tries arguing blaming on us, they came twice after complaining and we opened the door twice to which he wants to know why we complaint lol. To carry out his grudge, we have kept Frozen items worth 5k in their fridge and freezer with their permission and infront of them. The next day, they never switch the fridge on and blame someone else for switching it off. which costed me 5k just coz of their arrogance and attitude!!! different location and different hotel name which shows they might have got many bad reviews so they kept changing the hotel name

Worst hotel service ever... I already booked and paid for this hotel but when i reached the place they were fully booked so they took the booking money too and didn't even left those room and i just reached chennai at 3 am and it was my worst experience ever here. I wont recommend this place ever to anyone. Such a disrespectful and bad facility.
