Sagharika Gardens

The place is big but not maintained, rooms are also big but again no major facilities and the interiors are also very old. For the event there was often an after power outage and we had to turn on the generator every now and then, which ruined the whole experience of the event. The pool timings are also very odd and if you go for a party then you are not allowed to eat or drink near the pool, which also kills the mode of the party. On the whole the location is not to far not to close, but the overall experience is kind of not so great. Guests of about 50-100 can be easily accommodated and if you have a moving crowd then you can easily invite 250 guests. The lawn and pool were well maintained though. This place also had a couple of spots to park your cars, easily 4-5 cars and few bikes can be parked inside the resort. But outside the resort there is also ample space to park which is useful for your guests. The experience is kind of okay overall as given the location, the rate per night, the interior, the maintenance of the resort and the facilities provided.

We were here for a family association get-together. Yearly we meet once so this time we chose Sagarika Gardens. This place is easy to locate and is a very big property for a family get together. Can easily accommodate up to 150 people. Swimming pool available for both kids and adults. In the villa there are 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the first floor. The hall is also spacious. Parking can accommodate up to 7-8 cars. All in all, a superb place for a large gathering.

Booked the venue for a farewell party and it's a good place with swimming pool and aesthetic garden to set up stage/food outside. The only downside is the mosquitoes in the evening and that you have to turn down the DJ after 10:30 PM

This place is located in a very nice location but if you are coming from a 3+ star accomodations then this does not meet your expectation. This is a event hall with 3 rooms and that is it. This is a very old building with very poor maintenance. Rooms are filthy and the restrooms are not even worth to talk about.

A big beautiful looking bunglow but shows up in age. Room keys were not given but were asked for more money as security deposit. Terrace was locked and they were not willing to open and we did not have the view of the beach. Swimming pool was good and has good depth. But was tooo strong with clorine that our dress lost its shade.

Everything is good. Only one thing I am dissapointed with them is when the power is gone they have a generator as a backup but asking the guest to buy the diesel for generator. While booking they don't inform about this. Suddenly they are saying this is not included in the payment you have to buy the diesel. We didn't buy them diesel and we didn't pay any extra money for using generator backup because they did not inform about this when we booked.

It was a get together party and 20 of us were gathered. The villa architecture was a good one. However, basic amenities like drinking water, dustbin, cupboards, AC remote were not available. The rooms were not cleaned properly. There would be no helpers available. You have to run out every time, you want something. We had asked them to arrange 30 chairs before we reached, however, the chairs were all piled up and none came to arrange it even after we reached there. Swimming pool was the only rescue. It was clean and neat. DJ was also good.

Very poor audio system. The property guys force you to use their audio system and charge for it but the quality is so poor. The Mic fails very often, audio in AV doesn't play, the DJ guy doesn't have a clue on how to operate and fix these issues. On top of all these the property manager has the audacity to shout at the customer because the event manager asked him why he should pay 5k for this s***ty audio system. He also threatens that he will pull out the power fuse if we don't agree to his terms. Absolutely useless if you are planning for a function with AV there. The swimming pool flooring is so poorly maintained it will bruise your foot if you are not careful. The place is Only fit for booze parties. The recent 5 star reviews should have been set up by the owner/management as nobody would be satisfied by the attitude of the management or the service offered here in recent times. The MC i had arranged has had similar bad experience with Sagharika gardens in every event she did there in the last 5 years. You can judge the attitude of the management by the way they have responded to negative reviews here. Arrogant, bossy, know it all, customer-last attitude.
