Hotel Baskar

This is by far the best lodge in & around the Coutrallam area. Very clearly maintained. The beds were soft, the spreads were clean and the wash rooms were super tidy. The rooms were also very quiet as it had good sound proofing. We were very much satisfied with our stay there. Highly recommend....

Room is very small. Bed is good. Bathroom is very smaller than expected. No mirror or wash basin inside bathroom. 1 or 2 power sockets. 1 or 2 restaurants nearby and that too not good. If you want cheaper one, you can prefer this lodge. View from hallway balcony is good. Lift available.

Good hotel for lodging. Rooms are good but rate seems slightly high. Neat bathroom and water availability good. Request hotel people to provide 2 towels and 2 small soaps in each room which will be helpful. Bar attached but no disturbance for stay. Can stay with family comfortably. Good

One of the decent places to stay nearby this area. They provide A/C and Non- AC rooms. Hot water is available on demand. Rooms are neat, clean and well ventilated. It is located at a place where natural air flow is abundant hence even non AC rooms are quite cool. TV is available. And superb superb cheap. Shops, restaurants, medical store etc are available nearby. Car park is available.

The only hotel available at Kallidaikurichi. Very average rooms. Food could be an issue if you are a strict vegetarian. No good food from the hotel nor in the vicinity. Very poor parking space. Too noisy in case your room is in the front side facing the room. Looking at the condition of the room, better travel for one hour and stay at Tirunelveli in some decent hotels.

In Kallidaikurichi area this is best option. Bar, restaurant, good rooms, parkings are available.

This hotel is the only decent nonveg hotel from Ambai to kallidaikurichy. Rate is reasonable. Then quality of the food is normal and average. Wheat parotta, maida parota, chapthi, fried Rice and chicken gravy are available. Service is good. The quality of the water is not up to the mark, so, better order for bottled mineral water.

After Ambai, Bhaskar lodge is preferable for That surrounding. Room service is good a if u want to Manjolai by bus this hotel is the best option and Kallidai kurichi bus stop is In few steps walk where you can access Thirunelveli, Theknkasi and Manjolai
