Room is spacious.. All amenities including AC, TV, etc. were in good condition. We got hot water as early as 4 am.. Near to Airport.. A calm residential area.. Overall a very comfortable and peaceful stay..

Too much charge. Out of city No shops Mosquitoes more No amenities Pls avoid complimentary breakfast. Very worst. Spending high amount better choose near city with good amenities with the same amount

This is an excellent property with all basic amenities. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location is also very good with a calm atmosphere.

Rooms are good breakfast & staff not good many dogs are there too much sound in the night Cannot sleep well

Booked here for 3 nights and I must that this stay is value for money .Be it the staff, room cleanliness or food ,All were good. More than the booking apps ,tariff by treebo is comparatively less when booking is made from treebo app or their website.

I stayed there for a week and it was a good place to stay with family. The entire property was neatly maintained, except the car entrance, where water was stagnant most of the time. Two cars can be parked inside and plenty of space nearby to park on the outside. There were no power disruption even on rain. Nearest restaurant will need 5 minutes of drive by vehicle. Refrigerator, washing machine and microwave were functional. Google maps location is accurate. It is better, you buy any eatables you need, before settling in the room, as there are no shops nearby or you can use Swiggy's Insta. The people working at the property are helpful. Few things that can be improved: 1. Cleaning the guest room, atleast once in 3 days, if the guest stays for few continuous days. 2. They could have installed a water purifier or dispenser in the kitchen of every floor. 3. The chair in the room had severe stains which needs a definite cleaning.

Good and spacious rooms. Reasonable price.

Rooms are neat and spacious, Clean toilets, Beautiful location, polite staff, safe place, I would highly recommend this residency for everyone, especially families..
