WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN If you're even thinking about booking this so-called "resort," do yourself a favor and DON'T. This isn't a resort -- it's just a building with zero staff, no reception, no welcome, and no help. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we'd made a huge mistake. There was no one to check our booking or even greet us -- we had to figure everything out ourselves. The rooms were in terrible condition, toilets were worse than what you'd find at a public bus station, and the overall hygiene? Nonexistent. Absolutely disgusting. There is NO restaurant, NO kitchen, and NOT even a single staff member who could make tea. We had to order everything -- including tea and water -- from Swiggy. Imagine going to a "resort" and having to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner online just to survive. This place is a complete scam -- the pictures online are 100% misleading. What you see is NOT what you get. They should shut this place down instead of fooling people with fake photos and false promises. ZERO stars is too generous. Don't waste your time, money, or patience.

During my recent stay this resort for two nights, I regrettably found myself in a situation that compelled me to rethink my initial recommendations to three friends. Despite the politeness of the staff, the property's poor maintenance ultimately overshadowed any semblance of hospitality or service. The resort's deficiencies were glaring and numerous. Additionally, the washroom presented its own set of challenges; the shower was broken and the toilet seat was in a noticeably unclean state. electric kettle was not working at all. No hot water provided. Can you imagine geasers were not working. The television was non-operational, and the Wi-Fi service was either intermittent or entirely absent, significantly disrupting our experience. Even the most basic requests, such as obtaining water, proved to be a tedious ordeal. Despite raising this issue multiple times, the staff seemed unable to address our needs adequately, culminating in an embarrassing situation where a guest was asked to pay for water in my presence. While the act of paying was not the issue, the lack of discretion and professionalism in the transaction was disheartening. In summary, this resort fails to meet even the most basic standards of quality and service. I cannot recommend it to anyone considering a stay there.

We were total of 40 members who thoroughly enjoyed for 2 days. The service at resort was fantastic. The resort employees were very accommodative. The food and service was very good. The resort environment was very good and facilities provided were good. Overall experience at the resort was very good.

We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at Imera resort, it was a simple family celebration. We stayed for one night at the resort and the stay was very comfortable. Mr. Jeevan helped to make the celebrations really memorable by setting up a beautiful table with simple decorations. Made sure that my parents, senior citizens, were comfortable in their room and even to the extent of helping them to walk back and forth from resturant to their room. Food was good, they customized it to our taste based on our request.

Very bad service GIVING WRONG INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING ROOMS ARE NOT WELL CLEANED AND TIDY TV's are not working
