Viswa Service Apartments

Service apartments, but renting is for bedrooms only. So hall and kitchen were commonly used by people staying in all three bedrooms. Quiet a jarring experience to come out of your room and finding some men chilling out in hall sofa wearing only inner garments. If you are staying as family, better to book entire apartment with friends and relatives. Rooms are a little cramped. Hot water available only in tap & not in shower. Complementary breakfast is good.

May 2025 I got this place information from one of my office colleagues. Rooms- Good and clean. Will not say it is luxury stay but kind of ok. We stayed in 3BHK. One room has king size bed and other rooms Queen size bed. 2 attached Bathrooms and one common. Common bathroom commode was broken. So little maintenance required in this side. Facility- Parking possible but could be challenging in peak season. Water dispenser machine on floor available. Kitchen with Small old Refrigerator ( kind of working), kettle , Electric stove etc. Extra cot charges are 1000/- only. Hall has a small sofa set and a dinning table. Staffs- Reception staffs are really good. I can see some issues with communication and other things but still they were helpful. So big Thanks to them. Other staffs are good but difficult to communicate. Canteen- Small canteen available and Breakfast was ok. Location- It is at good place but missing good restaurants nearby. Small medical and grocery shops available. So overall it was a good stay. I can stay again if required.

The only good thing is Apartment was newly built. It's also not communicated to us in advance that the address we stayed is different from where the booking was made via Booking.com. So, luckily, Staff isn't at all courteous;, reception staff was so Rude, change the amenities in the plan. Never refill the Tea-Coffee in 3 night stay The apartment kitchen given isn't clean. Given multiple reminders to clean the floor and the refrigerator, it wasn't cleaned till the last day of leaving. Not enough utensils available to call it Service Apartment No Gas / Induction Top Breakfast service is very unhygienic; They look and count how much you are eating Time shared is 8:30 -10AM, but if you come around 9:30AM, then they have faces and the serving staff start eating with you in the same area.

For travelers with their own vehicle, I highly recommend Viswa Residency in Madurai. We had a comfortable stay, with secure parking and a welcome absence of mosquitoes. The breakfast was a delightful start to each day. However, if you're arriving by train or bus, I suggest staying closer to the Meenakshi Amman Temple area. You'll find a wider range of accommodation options and be within easier walking distance or auto.

We had an excellent stay at Viswha Service Apartment. The place is well-staffed with dedicated teams for administration, service, and cleaning, making everything easy and convenient. Whether we needed a shirt ironed or wanted to buy fresh fruit, they took care of it promptly. The apartment is a comfortable 3-bedroom unit with air conditioning and generator backup, ensuring a relaxing stay. The morning breakfast is also excellent, adding to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay--it's a fantastic deal!

Very neat and clean rooms. Good for a trip with family

We stayed there while in Madurai. This is a service apartment and we stayed here because we were multiple families with kids. This is a full apartment and one can book two or three bedroom apartments. '|This is not too far from temple and autos are available plenty.|They serve delicious breakfast at a nominal price. The only limitation is that there is no lunch or dinner available. But you are probably going to visiting the outside anyway and get food there.
