Good , clean building with all facilities. Location is safe. Owner personally takes care of the issues. Breakfast was simple and okay. It is in a quiet neighborhood far from main street but still accessible. So no street noise. Stayed for 5 days and enjoyed it. Room is bit small but okay for 1-2 persons.

Its actually not a regular hotel, but a serviced apartment. It was not very great as I felt i paid too much for too little. The room wasn't very spacious (less than 200 sqft) and prone to minor leg/finger injuries if you walk fast inside room. Washrooms had issues in water quality and speed. Also the rooms are not private rooms. It's like there are 4 floors and in every floor there is 3 compact 4 BHK apartments without kitchen and a common sofa, dining table in the hall. Guests have to occupy the bed rooms attached with this hall. Tv wasn't working. For the rate i paid i would atleast expect some basic amenities like availablity of kettle by default, coffee set, glasses, hair dryer etc but these weren't available In the room. I also felt the sales and management team isn't very flexible in accomodating extended stay requests even an hour, they asked us to pay half day rent.

Over all, great experience. I stayed there with a family of 6. The rooms were spotless clean and the location was quiet and upscale. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Place is little bit on the interior side, but once you reach main road which is less than half a kilometre, you have all sorts of shops available. For parking it's better to park on the street as inside is space constrained. But the place looks very safe. Only thing they could improve perhaps is the morning free breakfast, where they could increase some more items and provide dosas etc. but whatever food was available was good. Coffee was mediocre. Overall, I would recommend this place for family travellers.

We had a pleasant stay at Viswa Residency Azalea in Madurai. While it's a bit farther from the temple, the service apartments are very spacious with excellent ventilation, making for a comfortable stay. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. The food was both delicious and affordable, with a decent breakfast to start the day. Though the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the rooms, it worked well near the main apartment door, so I didn't face too many issues. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, this place offers great value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Madurai.

I stayed at the Viswa Residency for two nights in late December 2024. The hotel is ideally located near the convention center, so the location was very convenient. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed for a trip, including a large desk, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of outlets for my devices. It was quiet and comfortable, The breakfast spread was delicious, and it helped me start my day off right. everything was great. I would definitely stay here again for future business trips.

The location is not ideal for any tourist. The service at apartment is too slow. It took many calls to get the extra beds or towels. Same with set top box to work. Breakfast is subpar and better avoided. Staff is good though, respectful and courteous. Sizo helped well with parking as well as luggage packing on carrier.

If you want a quiet and homely stay in Madurai, you must try this out. It is a homestay with very good rooms, decent restaurant. The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. It is very well located and we can reach any place within half an hour from here

We actually as a couple stayed 1.5yrs back at that time they maintained very well with all kind of facility like cleanliness ad food etc. But this year I recommended and booked with all my family members for a trip with a count of 27 atlast it became very negative for me. Because at the time of check in all were neat & clean. But very next day we had breakfast and started for the local trip and came back by evening 8pm when we unlocked the rooms it was still the same without cleaning when we asked residency person they stated us rooms will be cleaned on request only it was very shocking for us (even they stated they dint have any spare keys to open the rooms). Normally all rooms will be cleaned once per day thats the normal procedure of hotel room.But they mentioned us as it's a residency Apartment we don't follow in that way (on Room cleaning part). On food part: We checked in for 2 days on first day we had our food it was good. But on the 2nd day of breakfast fast I came by 8.30 to have food I waited for more then 15 mins to get a proper food atlast even most of my family members dint have food properly ended with bread only. When I questioned them they stated me we dont have much big utensils to prepare food so it would take time.So I asked them at the time of booking hope you would know count right that how many ppl will consume breakfast so why dont you prepare according to that but they were stating same thing like utensils are not big to prepare. So this incident happened to me when I came with a big count. So if your planning for a trip please get all information in prior to avoid clashes. I would not recommended to any one this stay.
