Pathetic stay, especially for the price we pay. The fans make loud noises, bathroom tiles were broken, tap water was so hard and not usable, paint peeled off, no internet in second floor and they charge 1300 for this filthy place non-AC. An old man is in charge of cleaning, he just cleans the common areas. Windows had so much dust that I got allergy, the bed is worn our and creates back pain. Pathetic, I would recommend you do not stay in this hotel

Pathetic service,no windows in the room, half of the time no electricity was there even the owner was not turning on the generator even after requesting he was saying for one person we can not turn on,even no water on jet spray,no soap was provided for the washroom even the dustbin was not in good condition..Totally wastage of money and worst experience ever..please try some other hotel/lodge terrible experience and for that they charged 2000 rs

I have been here twice for personal purpose. They have multiple room with AC/Non AC, biggest advantage being it's just outside the jolarpet railway station. Rooms are decent but can be much better if given proper attention to maintenance and could turn out to be of the finest stays. Ideal for a day stay, if you have connecting trains/bus to catch or coming for any family functions nearby

One of the worst place that I have stayed. Snakes were roaming near the property and near the parking. Toilets are not clean, bed sheet is dirty with foot marks, hair and blood stains, pillow cover is dirty, spider webs everywhere, no screen for the windows. Worst customer service and the old man was cursing us when we asked to change the bed sheet and pillow but at the time of leaving she was showing her teeth for tips money. All the scrap materials were dumped inside the room and TV's don't work. This room is not even worth 10rs but the owner charge us a big bomb. Owner of the property is not even ready to refund the money after raising the complaint and not even asked to pay extra 500 to change the room and that is also worst so without any option we stayed in the same room.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed and very expensive too. 1. No lock for bathroom. 2. None of the beds and pillows are clean and was never washed. 3. The room was dirty with spider webs all over the wall. 4. The owner charges Rs. 500 just for hot water and the hot water is not immediate. 5. No curtains for the windows and it was transparent glass with very little tint. Not safe for women in such situations. Although I have reported the problems to the owner in the middle of the night after I had checked-in, the owner didn't have courtesy to reduce the amount. I would suggest people not to choose this place for stay.

Worst experience, very bad rooms, very poor unhygienic rooms, not even replaced pillow cover, dirty mats and unclean rest rooms. Rusted chairs, no functional TV and lot of disgusting bugs on the bed, and it had such bad smell. Non friendly staffs.Not recommended, an old lady will ask unnecessary questions, very rude owner will ask money for everything.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Ganga Lodge, and I must say it was a complete letdown. From start to finish, the lodge failed to meet even the most basic expectations, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, displaying a lack of professionalism that was truly disappointing. It felt like they were doing us a favor by being there, rather than providing the warm and welcoming hospitality one would expect from a lodge. Secondly, the condition of the rooms was far from satisfactory. Our room was unkempt, with dirty linens and an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout our stay. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was evident, making it clear that little effort was put into ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests. Furthermore, the amenities advertised were far from what was delivered. The Wi-Fi, which was touted as being available throughout the premises, was practically non-existent and barely functional. This made it incredibly frustrating to stay connected and carry out even the simplest tasks online. Lastly, the location of the lodge was disappointing. It was situated in a noisy and inconvenient area, far from any major attractions or conveniences. The lack of peace and tranquility further added to the overall disappointment of the experience. In conclusion, my stay at Ganga Lodge was nothing short of a disaster. The poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, subpar amenities, and unfavorable location all contributed to an extremely dissatisfying experience. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay to look elsewhere.
