PSN GRAND INN

A very good place to stay. I am giving 4 Star because no restaurant nearby. Otherwise rooms are good, 24 hours hot water, Good AC, nice staffs, free Wi-Fi, plenty of parking place, quiet surroundings. Liked the place very much.

The bed and pillows were soo bad and was not clean and neat and the person who was in the front office was rude had a very bad experience while we came here at mid night check in we had no choice for extra bed he suggest to give him money in hand and he says we can pay through upi coz if we do we need to pay gst like that this and that but i still refused to pay him in had but at last i paid trough upi only very bad experience

Rooms are neat, facilities are good and everything is well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Located at main road (Jayamkondam - Kumbakonam road) and easily accessible. Overall the stay experience safe and comfortable. Best suited for both family and friends. Lift facility is not available but the rooms are within ground and first floor. They also have spacious car parking.

In and around Jayankondam this is the best stay that yiu can find for the price you pay. I have tried other hotels in and around and settled here. I stay here usually when I visit my native. Manager and room service are friendly. For this price they can provide complementary breakfast, but they don't even provide water bottle as complementary. They provide tooth kit as part of room service though.

Hotel was neat and the room was well maintained, this is probably the best you can get in this location. However, the service can be improved. We asked for extra pillows, but they didn't have. We had already booked for an extra mattress - but they didn't have an extra bedsheet -they gave two towels to cover ourselves and sleep instead of a bedsheet. We asked for a spoon, but they gave a large 'karandi' saying this is what they have. Our stay was quite entertaining. Take all necessary stuff you need and don't rely upon the hotel.

Had veery nice stay. I didn't face any issue. For smaller things seriously service people were so active and attentive. Good to prefer if you want stay in Jayankondam.

Worst place to stay rest room and bed are not up to the mark.

Very nice manager efficient service doing all needs of people.He not only fulfilling all facilities to the peoples but also helps to the new comers acting as guide showing all routes of tourist places. Rooms are neat everyday floor cleaning and supplying food coffee etc. The rooms are so sophasistic ac is working 24 hrs.Enormous supply of water supply throughout the day. Toilet is also very clean and hygienic. Above all The Manager is very nice person all credit goes to him. He is maintaining the lodge as his own .He is an asset to psn owner.
