Premium Villa with Private Pool

Worth for the price. Neat and clean having enough space rooms are bigger with attached bathrooms with hygienic and clean. swimming pool is Beautiful and kitchen is huge and clean. Having all type of kitchen items, manager, kind heart person. we spend the times enjoyable and memorable. Thanks for the owner and the manager.

Rooms were near and clean. All amenities were great. All type cooking utensils were available and neatly maintained. Swimming pool was neat and clean but adding an sunshade will be advantageous.

We had a very disappointing stay at this home stay. The house was in an extremely poor condition, and we faced multiple issues: 1. No water in the shower - On days 2 and 3, there was no running water in the showers. We had to collect water in a pail and use the bidets to bathe. 2. Extremely dirty house - The bathrooms were heavily stained and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The floors were brown and filthy, as seen in our pictures. 3. Dust, pests, and hygiene issues - The entire place was dusty, and there were cockroaches and lizards everywhere, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. 4. Dangerous conditions - The plaster ceiling in the big TV room collapsed on my sister's head while she was sleeping. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous! 5. Ineffective cleaning - The cleaner came on day 2 but did not mop the floor or wash the bathrooms, leaving the place just as dirty. 6. Kitchen appliances were rusted - We were unsure if they were even safe to use due to their poor condition. This property does not match the listing description and is in an unsafe, unsanitary state. We do not recommend staying here. Booking.com needs to investigate this listing to prevent others from having the same terrible experience.

Awesome place. Very spacious. Food provided was of the highest quality. A sweet was provided as a complement for the breakfast. Chicken gravy and chicken fry were top notch. There is a small pool. The care taker encourages us to use all the amenities, which is a rare sight. Only negative may be is, the location is little interior.But, it's worth it. Not even a single penny extra was charged. They have milk packets, sugar, coffee and tea powder and a 2 litre cool drink bottle. All as complimentary. All the vessels are very neatly cleaned. It's a very quiet place too. Highly recommended. Kudos!!!

We had our friend's reunion here and I would recommend this place for similar events. Neatly maintained property with home cooked compliment breakfast and all the necessary utensils. Located close to the core city, the place helps us travel around easily too. Rooms are spacious and sufficient. We loved the first floor hall where we spent the time chatting and the kids enjoys the safer play area. (Attaching the picture of same)

Good space to plan for a get-together. 1. The parking space can accommodate 5-6 cars. 2. The building is very spacious especially the first floor common area. 3. They have all basic amenities like fridge, washing machine, oven, stove, TV, AC, Wifi, dining table with chairs, sofa etc. 4. They have a small swimming pool in this property. 5. In the first floor, they have a swing as well.

Never I've seen a rented villa with so many facilities and comfort. It's too clean . Swimming pool is maintained well. Spacious rooms . Good ambience , television, Bluetooth speakers, couches and mirrors everywhere, multiple bathrooms , hot water available throughout the day, vessels in the kitchens, washing machine , fridge and what not . Best is home cooked food available anytime on demand . Kudos to them

Excellent place to stay for family members and friends. Budget friendly and the entire property was very clean. The host has arranged all kinds of amenities and was very helpful. Kindly visit this place if you are planning for friends or family gatherings and try to keep it as neat as possible.
