Disappointing Stay - Not Suitable for Families I visited this property with my family, including 4 adults, 2 children (one just 11 months old), and 2 senior citizens above 70 years old. We booked a villa-type accommodation for one night at 4200. While the layout included 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a hall, the experience was far from satisfactory. The villa was extremely old, poorly maintained, and not cleaned properly. The AC was barely working, making the stay uncomfortable, especially for the elderly and children. We checked the swimming pool area and found it filled with intoxicated guests, creating an unsafe and unpleasant atmosphere for families. Despite asking about other amenities, the staff repeatedly highlighted the "complimentary breakfast" as if it was a major feature--but even that was a big letdown, with very poor quality food. Evening tea and coffee were also of terrible quality. There was no spa service as advertised or expected. The only saving grace was the ambience during the day and night, which was somewhat pleasant. However, the pricing is far too high for the poor service and condition of the property. In summary: I do not recommend this place for families. It may be suitable for groups of friends

This place is soooo beautiful. First of all, it's so spacious, very well maintained. Ppl are friendly, and the room has many options The rooms have a corridor along with a balcony. The room is huge and the bathroom too. The place is vlean and tidy. It's goes well for couples, family or friends. Has private rooms, villas, and shared big rooms. There is parking as well as a great walking area. The swimming pool is the best part. Dining is along with the residence.

Unprofessional staff and outrageous demands forced me to seek better accommodations. I was hosting delegations from the US for Pongal and initially considered this place. However, I was appalled by the blatant price gouging and unreasonable requests simply because my guests were foreigners. As a local whose cousin's house is right behind this property--and someone who has stayed here multiple times--I am deeply disappointed by the disgraceful treatment. Rest assured, I will never bring my business here again. Thankfully, we found refuge at the far superior Drizzle Hotel, which catered perfectly to our needs. Take notes, because they clearly understand how to run a business--unlike you.

Had a great and awesome stay experience with my family at this resort on 31st dec 2024. Rooms are great with ample amount of parking spaces. Swimming pool is well maintained Food is great and polite and kind staffs They had organised New year buffet and surprised our family with cake cuttings along with other members.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! This hotel is a complete scam. During my stay, the toilet in my room was broken. Instead of fixing the issue, the hotel tried to blame me and forced me to pay an outrageous amount--three times the price of the room! I had no choice but to pay in order to leave. I am outraged by the way I was treated. They took my hard-earned money in an unfair manner. The rooms are of poor quality, the customer service is non-existent, and on top of that, they try to squeeze as much money as possible from their guests by any means. I strongly advise you never to stay at this hotel. They are thieves with no respect for their customers. This was a dreadful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
