Wow that's a very low blow for giving you one star rating. Claiming to have stolen your stuff which was not present in the first place. This should not be the way you react to bad rating try improving ur property it was very badly maintained. Didn't expect this from a airbnb. And by the way to all the people wondering how it has a 4 star avg rating this guy would offer complimentary breakfast then ask u to give a 5 star rating I didn't give the 5 star rating immediately and instead when it came up on my timeline in google maps just gave a 1 star But to my amusement this guy gave a reply under the review claiming that i stole his kettle,blankets etc... I can understand your frustration on getting a single star review but this was a cheap move from your side just like the property. My cousin booked the property seeing the pics but now when i checked the pics i understood how he could have gone wrong in booking such a bad place because the pics shown are well edited and old pic when the property was in its glory times now its just shabby old place .

Food and hospitality was very Good. All the people in the Resort are very kind enough. Rooms are very neat and pleasant. Manager and Assistant's people are very kind and friendly. Staying in resort fells like home. For any vehicle services and repairs they helped like a family member.

Single type rooms given you a very privacy feel especially unmarried couples stay is allowing here

Dear management, there is a popular saying in India -- 'Atithi Devo Bhava' -- please learn its meaning before running a hospitality business.

Good one well maintenance friendly staffs and owner.. breakfast top class...

Rooms are not clean, charged us exorbitantly, and didn't provide basic amenities.

If you are looking for a quiet place and easy access to ooty gem stays is an option

Location is really good.. But there are nothing to see from home stay.. Price is quite high for rooms as well as food.. The food is really delicious and the tea is really awesome.. Inside is really awesome .. If you walk surrounding the hills or walk down the hills you can watch the waterfall.. Inside the area one tea shop and lots of tea gardens are there you can watch and take photos inside the tea garden. Thank you.
