The staff at the resort are very helpful and genuine. Though the rooms itself did lack some minor amenities like a kettle or a proper table to have dinner, the staff were more than willing to accommodate to our requests. The resort is situated on a steep slope so it may not be very suitable for elderly people. And it's pretty out of the way so there aren't really any shops beside the resort. But there is a restaurant that serves really good South Indian cuisine. Cleanliness of the rooms can be better but the views were amazing.

I had a mixed experience. Positives: Location is absolutely stunning from the rooms / balcony. Clean washrooms. Things which could have been better: When we checked In there was NO Kettle, NO Water bottle, NO Soap, NO Pillows, NO door mats, NO Towels, TV - DTH not recharged. On asking about the TV they mentioned it is raining so TV is not working where as in the near room it was working. I paid 6000 for this room and these guys are stingy to do a 200 Rs recharge for their TV. We had to call them for all. After a long drive all we expect is a peaceful stay and not calling the service guys to get everything. Negatives: The bed linen was not changed earlier and we noticed some hairs too. Not acceptable. Sound proofing in the rooms was too poor. We can easily hear what the neighbours speak. This property has a capability to go to next level but these underwhelming aspects may get things back. We will never recommend this property to others.

Great views from Room and dedicated balcony. Size of rooms were good. We 6 people stayed at villa in property. Rooms were hygienic but can be maintained properly. WiFi was not working. Service can be tad better

What to say, a beautiful resort that has so much potential has gone waste because of lack of maintenance and mismanagement. The infrastructure of the resort resembles high class resort rooms are spacious and the view from the room omg it's amazing!! But all in vain because of the lack of cleanliness in room and toilet, stains were there in the toilet And the restaurant table is not cleaned properly no telephone to call reception even when we call from our phone no response. No wifi. I think the problem is the owner is ignoring their property and given full management to the staff. Anyway I really want them to improve because this resort has potential that can reach level of star resorts if well managed

1- Place is 12-14 kms away from Ooty and this distance is narrow, steep & dangerous mountain terrain where two 4 wheelers cannot pass simultaneously. 2- Nearest shop( be it medical shop, general store) is 3kms away from this resort. 3- Rose garden, botanical garden, pine forest, dodabatta , tea /chocolate factory -- all the tourist spots are far away from this place and will take easily 1 hour more to reach them when compared to travelling from hotels present in the city 4- Accessibility: very poor accessibility and road connectivity 5- Price : we paid 6200 but it was not at all worth it. Bed sheets were not clean, bathrooms were dirty. We found out that there are better options in main Ooty market place.

The best stay. Clean and aesthetic room . The valley vies was awesome. Staffs where one of the best . Room service were the best.i will really miss the food they served. Was lucky enough to stay for 2 days. Also they helped me with finding my camera mic that I have lost on the way back in a lot bus. Also they courrierd it to me. They really treat customer as Kings. Love they stay. Will always recommend it to my friends and family.

Had a wonderful time at this resort. The location is stunning, with panoramic views of the hills and greenery. The staff was courteous, and the food was good. It helped me disconnect and enjoy the nature around. Great place for a peaceful getaway! Little far from main town with no shops nearby, but good for people who want to stay far from noise and city crowd.

-We booked 3 rooms (Valley view Delux room with balcony and breakfast) for 3 families which we got rooms near the restaurant. They also have huge building with more rooms which is around 300 to 400 mtrs away from this on the same hill after 2 turnings. We stayed here on 5th to 7th May 2025 -Hotel is good with very good rooms and bathroom, view from hotel rooms will be very good as this is located on hill top. They have huge balconies with nice sit out place but they were not that clean. They have arranged camp fire (sub to additional cost of 1500/-), also food will be arrange at the campfire which you can thoroughly enjoy. Staff were supportive in providing details for us like visiting places or eateries in Coonoor. -Location of the hotel is also easy to find out but Tricky part is the drive way to hotel rooms from gate is completely tricky as the hotel is situated on a hill. Should be very careful driving the way (strictly new to driving or 'L' board drivers are not recommended to be here as it will definitely feel you bad) -TV were there but recharge was not done, after we asking it was made ready -Food was good, we ordered phulka, egg burji, egg fried rice, curd rice. Next day breakfast was good with 4 varieties server buffet. Don't expect a morning coffee, as when we asked the only 1 attender available for rooms service and kitchen arrangement said like if he works on coffee arrangement then the breakfast would be late (poor guy nothing to blame on him), but he provided coffee by the time we entered kitchen for breakfast (8:30 AM) -Place will look like isolated but will be very peace and you can enjoy the views, nearby no shops or eateries, anything you need, then to travel min of 3 km downhill to a small village -Additional bed will be provided on ask for cost of 1500/bed (which is common I guess but though of mentioning, felt a bit high) Overall rating: 4/5, Food rating: 3/5, Ambience, cleanliness & Staff response: 4/5, Will suggest this stay with families and kids, no issues
