Good experience, the receptionist is empathetic and good. The heater has to be sorted out (103). Complimentary breakfast is good too.

Recently I've stayed in this hotel in Nov.. One of the worst stay it was which would be better off if I would have stayed in a lodge itself.. The room was not all clean it's full of hair and bed sheet also was not clean. The main part is the washroom in which flush was not working at all I poured the water from bucket and hand flush is just dripping the water from the hoses.. Heater was there and that to not working.. Overall it's a very bad experience I had it in recent times... Break fast was bought from outside and gave just 1 packet only.. Mere waster of money

Stayed here for a night. Before check in, receptionist assured of 24 hrs check out for which we preferred this stay. But, suddenly he asked as to vacate the room in the middle of our plan and we explained ourselves a lot. He argued, disrespected us. After which he found that he mistook us for some other customer and asked us to continue our stay. But, we don't like to stay further and hereafter I will never stay or recommend this to anyone. Totally frustrated experience. Unworthy for the price we paid. Too costly. Very very poor and irritating customer service. They know zero hospitality. They don't know how to treat a family customer.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The customer service was outstanding - the staff was always helpful and accommodating, making us feel like valued guests. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the comforts we needed after a long day of exploring the city. I would gladly stay here again in the future

The rooms are so small, rest room are too narrow, no clean, no hot water, no tea & coffee in the morning, one course of complementary breakfast was brought outside substandard hotel, very high cost and they collect the payment at the time of check in. This is nothing but Lodge and it does not fall under hotel category. No Manager present in the hotel and response from service Team including the person who is sitting in Reception was very poor. They took 30 minutes to give the bill for the payment collected on the previous day. My stay was terrible.

I booked the hotel through online sources last minute was really skeptical about the cleanliness and whether the hotel will be as per the standards or not. But to my surprise it was perfect. The overall service and stay experience was fantastic. I would like to thank and appreciate all the hotel staff members to make my stay a memorable one.!!

Hygiene and ambiance are up to the mark. A double bed room costs you Rs.2100 per day. Checkout time is 24 hours, which gives us a big relief. This lodge is in the prime location of Hosur. There is no restaurant in this hotel, so you have to make your own arrangements for food.
