A so called resort near Hosur New municipal office. The property is huge with vast greeneries, with a small garden with seats and having a building with room and conference room facility. Pros : 1. Location : very much accessible. Just 1.5 km away from main road ( near Hosur new municipal office) 2. Huge area with good greenary 3. Medium size swimming pool available 4. A small ground available to play outdoor games, a badminton court available ( clay) 5. Dining facility available with lawn and sofa near swimming pool Cons : 1. Not maintained and is visible, full of fallen leafs 2. Rooms are dark and not cleaned 3. Staffs are not professional, and asks tips 4. Party foods were being taken away by staffs 5. Loud music not allowed, the property owner itself hinders

Pathetic resort for a stay, trust me please don't go here, u will just end up ruining ur stay going to this homestay. Starting with owner Mr Shamanth and manager Kumar they will only pick ur phone for the money transaction as soon as u pay they will become very busy they will never answer ur call & not help u, We were fooled the second time for the new year staying that the homestay as he proactively called and requested us to come and stay as we raised a concern that we were not interested as bathroom, rooms and food was pathetic last time he assured that it is totally renovated but it's the same place with dirty toilets and dirty rooms with dust all around and main part is geyser will just dispense one mug of hot water and u need for wait for another 30 mins for another mug of hot water, we were just fooled and made scape goats again, that cook is changed and management is s changed, but everything remains as the same from years. Worst part is the food it is prepared by some local people around and nothing is good forget tasty and Mr Shamanth has the attitude to say please don't complain we have put in hard work in preparing it, but the worst food u can ever taste. Kitchen is full of cockroaches everywhere. Felt disgusted while I peeked into the kitchen. While at the homestay before taking the money Mr Shamanth picked out phone and took the transaction after getting into homestay he will pretend as if he work for ambani office and pretends to be busy while he be doing nothing, after getting into homestay i have called him some 10 times not once he answered my call for help. But while check out he picked up phone with just one ring for the remaining money When u raise a complain the worker just have one word for u " manager or owner will come in 5 mins" which will never happen, they will just call u over phone before checkout to transfer the pending amount they wont even face u, Worst stay ever if u want to get ur trip or stay to be ruined please go here. Sad part is during checkout the entire helper stand near the gate demanding extra money for nothing they did and they will not let u set up until u pay each labour for just one night stay. And Mr Shamanth will be absconding during that time. Mr Shamanth one feedback for u we spend our hard earned money to come to ur place for relaxation if u can't run and maintain please shut it down and do some other work, why do u spoil our new year plans, Will never ever recommend ur homestay to any of my friends, please be happy with the entire money we transferred for the WORST FOOD, WORST ROOMS, WORST BATHROOMS u provided us. All the best

You can't play loud music here owner will intruppt you again and again because some neighbour/resident create some issue , we went there for birthday party,Over all good experience

We had a function in this resort. The place is spacious and nice. Closer to Hosur. Few games, average cost. Facilities Requested = Tent, Speaker_system, Swimming. Result: Embarrassed before relatives. Tent = not installed properly, Speaker system = Speaker, Bluetooth, mic distorted for 1 hr Infront of crowd, Swimming pool =cat dead at the morning of event, not very clean also.(informed by relatives later) Food = Okay. Not as good as promised. some items missed as its not documented. Rooms = Okay as promised. Rooms service = Pathetic(not as promised) Receipt from his hotel in Bangalore. Summary:- Owner(shanmath) give us nice image how nicely function will be conducted by his agents.(but at the end catering done by unprofessional persons) Single person runs the resort. Before advance is given Get a handwritten copy or sms or what's app of what he will offer. Owner might change his words in the last minute. Once you confirm the date, I find the owner tries to milk money as much as possible. Writing this for others benefits. So you know how to deal with the owner.

The location and space it's set in is about the only plus points for this stay. The restroom doors do not latch. And it hasn't been fixed in months! The flush doesn't work. The beds are rock hard. No toiletries provided, not even soap or towels! The swimming pool was dirty and it didn't seem to be chlorinated water. No power backup of any sort, so no refrigeration of food or drinks during power cuts. The poolside shower and restrooms are absolutely filthy, not what you come to expect from a private stay. There is no proper maintenance of the place at all! Coming to the food, it's just very basic. We were served stale chicken! I would recommend to get food from outside. The staff were a constant nag, just standing over our shoulders asking us to eat as soon as possible so they could finish their work. Coupled with the bad attitude of the manager, who stays in the property, swearing in front of the guests, this becomes a very bothersome experience. Every little thing we did, they had a problem with. Overall it wasn't very peaceful. Instead of a relaxing chilled night, we were having to constantly debate our case and argue with them. The micromanagement is just too much. We already knew about the problems with the washrooms and doors from a previous visit. What was even more appalling was the fact that we were blatantly lied to when we called them up and asked them if they had fixed the restroom doors and cleaned the washrooms and the pool. Can't fix up the place but they lie to you to make their money. The place itself is in a very beautiful setting. The neglect and the attitude of the people running it completely takes away from its beauty... And is definitely not worth the money spent! I wouldn't go there again.

Mouth watering food with sweet nature chef. The ambience is cool and romantic. The team is very friendly . The concept of food wheel is really nice. it really made my dinner special. The breads are of various variety and tasty. Thanks for wonderful service.

Location and ambience is good, but food was just okay.. There was no mic facility and even speakers were not available despite assuring us of that...!! We had been there on July 4, 2023.... And this time would be the last here!!!
