Every staff member I've interacted with here has been genuinely friendly and helpful. There's a sense of hospitality that feels sincere, not forced, which makes a big difference when you're traveling for work. The housekeeping is consistently excellent -- the rooms are always clean, well-organized, and refreshed daily with care.||What I appreciate most is the overall consistency. I've stayed at this hotel several times during business trips, and the experience has been reliably positive each time. It's clear that the team here takes pride in maintaining a good standard, from the front desk to the cleaning crew.||The environment is also quiet and comfortable, making it a good place to rest after a long day. It may not be the fanciest hotel in town, but the service and cleanliness more than make up for it. For anyone traveling on business and looking for a reliable, well-managed place to stay, this hotel is definitely a solid choice.

Pros: Food was good. Ranjit, Dhiruba & all d others' services was good.. Front office Roshini & Bhaibhav were so helpful in guiding us in everything. They were so good with my toddler. They made us feel home. Cons: Rooms could have been spacious. There was a smoke smell in our rooms. Bathrooms were not ergonomic. Should change d closet & basin as there shush more space between them. But d suite room dat we stayed yesterday was good & spacious.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. A special thanks to Mr. Ganesh, |Mr. Vetri, and Mr. Perumal for their outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.||The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, making the check-in process quick and easy. The housekeeping team also did a great job--our room was always clean and well taken care of.||Overall, the staff made us feel comfortable and well looked after. We truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Considering this is managed by ITC, my experience was below expectations. First of all, I think the staff needs a lot of training in communication, being pleasant and hospitable and come across as more enthusiastic and energetic. The restaurant was ok, but the food quality was mediocre at best. The low level staff were sincere and trying to help, however, the middle management as well as the front desk came across as cold and not caring. I did have a couple of issues with housekeeping, but that was less important than the overall feeling of being welcome. It is not worth the price being charged - I'd even gladly pay a little more for better service, attitude and hey even some smiles!

I had visited for a meeting. The staff there are great. Amazing services. The rooms are clean and cosy. The food is excellent, super courteous staff.|Overall I had an excellent experience and planning to visit again with family.||Keep up the good work!

Our two days stay in Fortune was great. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread was pretty good. Service of Ms. Jaysheela requires a special mention. She was patient and served with a smiling face. Swimming pool was neat and clean and the kids enjoyed the play area.

For being an attending my request as respond to all our requests and Arun really clean and take care of our room as well as her guest. He really takes care her guest and communicate in a very nice way. i recommend his for being a good room attendant. Thank you for your care.
