Grand Continent (sarovar Portico)

Doors are too heavy to handle..management needs to take care of it..no exhaust fans in the wash room. It would be nice if they do a valet parking. Basement is a bit steep for the cars. Overall service was nice!

Stayed for one night with family for a wedding in hosur. Room was spacious and clean. The phone does not have a housekeeping option. So, one had to call the reception. And reception number is mentioned as 509 instead of 9. As with almost every hotel that we go to, there was a repair going in the next room. Location is on a busy road, supposedly a highway. Fully potholed road. Ask for a room at the backside to avoid the traffic noise. Anyway, the service was much much better than the group hotel we stayed in Naraina, new delhi, a few years back.

Hotel manager and staff doesn't have enough knowledge about online booking & computer.|They argue with the customer and gets angry towards. Hotels service staff not available, had to beg for towel etc.. Breakfast denied to me even though i was allowed lack of knowledge....never ever i will book again

Room is good, but don't book through Agoda, they showed one price with discount, but hotel charged high. In Hotel they told room tariff is Rs.3200, but in agoda they charged 4200. This agoda broker yet my money. Pls book directly for good price

Said to be a brand New hotel|But everything not working |Room door lock, Shower, Internet|No Portico, Right on busy main road |Worst Front Office staff I have ever seen|Un-courteous, infact rude behaviour|Lot of road noise of lorry traffic during night spoiling good sleep|Basic breakfast that too most items not available during breakfast hour (I think hotel have only one cook) and we had to skip breakfast due to n9n availability of food|Very very poor service |Totally bad experience, Please don't go, prefer a better hotel ||

Everything was great about this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and, most importantly, the cleanliness of the rooms and overall facility. The hotel has a modern feel with a nice colour palette from rooms to hallways. The air is always fresh, and overall, it was 10 out of 10 compared to many hotels I've been to across India. If you are looking for top teir hygienic, great food and convenience as it is directly in front of a main road then 100% would recommend you to stay if you're in Hosur.

Their warm hospitality and welcoming nature made me feel right at home, making Grand Continent a highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Hotel is very comfortable and well located. Service is quick and staff is courteous. However, the food quality in the restaurant is pretty ordinary.
