MYSTERIOUS MOUNTAIN

Hi all, who going to stay in Mysterious Mountain Ooty. please don't book. rooms are very worst condition and not clean. in bathroom taps leaking and service also very bad. and there is no restaurant and food here

1. Very Uncleaned rooms, not justifying the charge we paid i.e. 18,000 for two days. 2. Mysterious Mountain even not responding for home stay change and saying what we can do?..NOT AT ALL TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY. (Like to attach whatsapp screenshot here)

Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Here are the main issues I encountered: Overpriced Food: The food was ridiculously expensive for the quality offered. It felt like they were overcharging at every opportunity, which left a bad impression. Unreliable Door Locks: The door lock in my room was faulty, making me feel very unsafe. Despite raising a complaint, there was no effort to fix the issue. Dangerous Location: The path leading to the resort was hazardous. It's poorly maintained and very unsafe for guests, especially if you're traveling at night. Overpriced for What You Get: Overall, this place is massively overpriced for the substandard facilities and service they offer. I would strongly advise against staying here. It's not worth the money or the risk to your safety and comfort.

The food is too pricy at this property. Rooms are also not well maintained. However the behaviour of the caretaker was good.

The sunrise view from the room was just spectacular! The only con is the approach road is really bad! It has 2-3 steep sharp turns and you need to be really experienced to drive down. They do allow pets but charge extra. Overall, it's a beautiful stay especially the views! But I feel it's on the expensive side provided there is nothing complementary given :/

We had a wonderful experience and the staff were awesome and very cooperative. The cooks Sudha and Mohan were very obliging and prepared delicious food for us. The host Mr. Nalinakshan was superb and even helped us climb the steep roads with his Bolero during our check out. An extraordinary stay in total. Last but not the least a whole bunch of thanks to Ms. Jennifer for making this all possible with much ease and with less formalities. Thanks once again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Mysterious Mountain. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to everyone. Its has such a beautiful view and the hotel itself is in middle of tea plantation. Such a beautiful and cozy place.

It was a worst experience, the food was not good and too expensive and not eatable. The room condition was too bad and not usable. The door locks were not working. The experience was very pathetic
