Couldn't watch TV as the Set-top box was faulty. Nobody available to attend. (refer attached photo) 2. Torn bedsheets (refer attached photo) 3. Leaking washbasin (refer attached photo) 4. Frogs crawling from bathroom drain (refer attached photo) Make decision after reviewing the photos. Don't fall for fake reviews and fake overall average rating.

2.8 "Worst experience ever " I lost 5k booking 2 deluxe rooms. Worst cleanliness for so much money. - the room was not clean at all, it had blood stained bedsheets, bathroom was not clean and they did not have the basic toiletries, used bins, hair on bed, it was as if the room was in use before us and they just handed us the keys once we got there. - the staff was also rude when asked for rooms next to eachother. He could have been polite in answering us. - the property had no lift and it was not clear when we did the booking and the staff seemed not to care about it as the booking and payment was done. All in all, this was my one of the worst hotel experiences so far and that too for so much money and a deluxe room - as I was also travelling with an infant, this experience was even worser.

Today we stayed at this hotel with my family, and the experience has been disappointing. While the rooms are decent, the staff and food service are extremely poor. Most importantly, the lift is not functioning, which has been a major inconvenience. The Treebo team has also been ineffective in addressing these issues. We booked the rooms for two days but we had to checkout one day early because of the pathetic service. But they have taken payment for two days. Be careful before booking this hotel.

Stayed here on a one day trip, excellent place to stay. Rooms are near and clean, well maintained. Morning breakfast also good. Worth for money.

I am currently staying at a treebo nestlay hotel its near Mani Road and Railway Station in Kavaraipettai for business purposes. The hotel has been excellent, providing good service throughout my two-week stay. They even arrange for vehicle pick-up and drop-off if I need to go out. The hotel offers complimentary morning food, vehicle parking, and a pleasant natural environment. I would like to extend my gratitude to the hotel management, particularly Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Subash, for their support."

Stayed for more then 20 days room's are good, but the staffs and the food service they give is pathetic, they don't get your sign on any bill when they give water or food. When checking out they give some random count if you ask for proper bill and record they talk in threatening tone
