Premium deluxe AC rooms offered at budget price. Don't get confused by the way the building looks from the outside. The inside of the residency has a completely different furnishing to it. Everything is premium on the inside. The rooms are well equipped with Sony television and Haier AC. There is absolutely no compromise whatsoever. The washroom has a heater that is kept on and ready for the visitor to access immediately. This is an extreme lot to access for the price offered. The owner Mr. Rajshekhar is a gem of a person. During my stay here, I noticed elite visitors speaking with the owner just as a family. No wonder he has such high rating on Google.

Stayed with family. 4 persons in 2 rooms, rooms were good, decent, no restaurant nearby. Only problem is mosquitos & ants in room. No proper exhaust in washrooms will make feel uncomfortable at times. Decent for short stay. Walkable distance to Bus stand & railway station

I recently stayed at MR Residency located near Gummidipondi railway station, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location near the railway station was convenient for my travel needs, and despite being close to the station, the room was surprisingly quiet and provided a restful atmosphere. The staff at MR Residency were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. They greeted me warmly upon arrival and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. The level of professionalism and dedication shown by the staff is truly commendable. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and I had a peaceful night's sleep during my entire stay. One aspect that stood out during my visit was the excellent dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the quality of food was top-notch. Breakfast, in particular, was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to choose from. Overall, my stay at MR Residency was memorable, thanks to the fantastic service and comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay near Gummidipondi railway station. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! I stayed around a week. Rooms are clean and good Owner is so good and helping person

It was comfortable. During cyclone in December the owner struggled a lot to provide guests with electricity and other support. Very much helping person.

Room was good and clean, available with air conditioning and hot water facility. Person who is incharge was available and attentive. Overall nice experience.
