SPOT ON Hotel Le Palace

Le Palace (Party Hall) I had my friend daughter engagement on 21.10.2024. In nice place they conduct their function. Fully Air conditioner with 200 people sitting capacity. All arrangements are good & very nice food provided. All staffs are good & friendly oriented. Very good & nice place to conduct any programs.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, staff & all managers have good behaviour. Giving respect, taking care of customer.

Had an amazing stay at Le Palace Boarding and Lodging, Guduvancherry! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Need to change attitude of reception guys No card accepted,need to give cash upfront . Insisting to take from atm and give immediately before checkin even though explaining about 9 hours drive. Restaurant was good. Behavioural issues with receptionist guy

On 23.03.2024, around 9.30pm, myself and a family from Bangalore had very bitter and worst experience with the manager. He treated and spoke disrespectfully, and defended as he is from rural. The rooms are worst, dirty and congested. Though we already booked rooms, but we were sent out by 10pm after lot of quarrel. The Bangalore family with an 18yrs girl, 2 ladies and 2 men were in the mid of the street. I also came out. In the midnight, they started to Bangalore in their car. Then I stayed in a near-by hotel. The manager is sadist, very cruel and acting like a dictator. Please don't go to Hotel Le Palace; even if you go, don't go with your family members. Definitely you will be defamed and mentally tortured. The manager will soon make the property owner to go for alms in the streets. Thanks for the owner's response on 26.03.24. If I write more details here, it will be more awkward and defame you. Please get my phone number written in your ledger, call me and I will explain you in detail.

I had good in Le Palace Guduvanchery. Rooms are clean & staffs are good. Food in restaurant are also very good & tasty.
