Sanns Tropicana Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and hospitable. Before arriving, I checked the Google reviews, but they did not truly reflect the experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property.

I have been staying here frequently when I visit Chennai for business purposes. Initially everything was good but now during my last two latest visits I found this property is not worth the money we paid. The issues I faced there are a lot of mosquitoes and when I ask for a coil they don't have. No hot water for showers. No cafeteria and you won't get breakfast and even tea too. It's really not a recommended place for sure

Great hotel staff, cant get much better locally. Highlight of the hotel is the staff, very accomodating and more than willing to go beyond alloted services to ensure comfort of guests

Hotel person was very humble and patience. Rooms are very neat and clean. Had a comfort and safe stay. The hotel has easy access to bus and railway station nearby.

The hotel was quite nice with helpful and polite staff and a friendly manager. Ideal for 3 to 4 day stay.

The best hospitality and support by every staff member at the hotel and especially the Manager Ram who is always available when required. The reception is always available 24x7 for the support of customers. Manager Ram is always taking care of customers from fooding to cleanliness of the room from food quality to listen to any other request. Thanks for the stay. I recommend everyone to try and stay here atleast once.
