Horrible experience. Giving one star as there is no option to give zero. Rooms are so spacious, but the amenities and service are so poor. Just look at the dirty chandelier at the entrance, it suggests poor maintenance and a lack of attention to detail. It also indicates deeper issues with housekeeping standards. Air conditioning for namesake. No hot water in bathroom, dirty towels and linen. Will never visit again nor recommend to others. The only pleasing experience in the building is the A2B vegetarian hotel in the ground floor

The place and room looks fantastic on photo, but the quality of linin, towels and materials are substandard. AC had zero cooling effect, rooms were not cleaned, not even the dustbin was emptied in 3 days despite informing. The property is wasted by poor service and unprofessional staff.

Worst Experience Ever. The room where I stayed for 2 days, i noticed some paranormal activities happening, suddenly the glass was broken and our food was being stolen. And when I switched off the lights noises were coming from inside the room. Donot stay there at all.

Booked rooms in bulk for an even SRM University. Lift not working properly, no soaps,bedsheet for extra bed, towels not provided. When asked it is not part of package it was told. Hot water to bathroom also not provided. Most important is safety. They had already booked our rooms for another event, they didn't tell us the check out time, so we thought the room is available till our event ends. In middle of our program they called us and told we need to vacate the rooms immediately since another group booking is there, for that also we asked vacate 10 male occupied rooms and keep their luggage in 1 room and told not touch 4 ladies rooms.but these idiots opened all our rooms and took the luggage scattered in rooms and kept it in single room.all ladies and men dresses and other personal things kept in same room. All corporates and those who come with their lady colleagues plz avoid this place. These idiots don't know basic decency of not entering ladies rooms and touching their personal things. Better be safe than sorry. This hotel guys doesn't have any moral values.

Rooms are good but wash room bathing pipe no water and toooo much of mosquito in Air conditioner rooms no proper service Not able sleep to because of mosquito

They are not deserving even 1 star. Dont waste your money. No service . No soap,towels, tooth paste. Bathroom is horrible. Totally unprofessional.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it was clear that this hotel was not up to par. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, with stained carpets and worn-out furniture. The bathroom was even worse, with a leaky faucet and a musty smell. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly unhelpful and indifferent. When I asked for assistance with my luggage, the bellhop seemed annoyed to be bothered. The front desk staff was equally unhelpful, dismissing my complaints about the room. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying to think twice. There are countless other options in the area that offer far better accommodations and service."

No proper housekeeping, no prior information about who is checking in next, no hot water in rooms, ac not working, complaints not taken into consideration, have to improve a lot for this price range, many hotels are providing b&b with excellent service, wifi, etc..have to properly organise workload of staff according to demand
