Very unclean and dirty room.. bedsheets full of dust and dirt...very unhygienic Please stay away !!!

The room is ok. But the service is very very very worst. Never seen a worst service like this before ever. The receptionist has bad attitude and rude towards the guest. No proper services in the hotel. Not recommend staying. Only for urgent you can consider that too for one night only. No room services. No water on the respective room floor. All the time whenever you need water, you have to come down and fill your bottle. Too much price for the room. And Especially they will not provide any GST bills for your stay at any cost. They are providing only receipt of money received. RUDE RECEPTIONIST. DONT STAY THERE. NEVER RECOMMENED TO ANYONE. HIGH PRICES.

Comfortable stay and spacious room.

The rooms are having dusty smell and the washroom are the worst. Very smelly and dirty. The taps and pipes are black in color with mold. Will not recommend.

Good place to stay near gavundachery railway station. It is very near to that railway station and it makes not to take any auto from there. And rooms are very good and clean, high speed 5g free wifi. But No soap is available there to bath and No landline to call reception. That's it. Moreover that is very good place to stay and.. hotels and chit chat coffe shops are available near to this GRK Residency.. good to go.

Worth for Money. I Liked it. Spacious living room. I stayed here for four days and had very nice experience. Wi-fi and Room Service needs to be improve more. Rest are fine.

A decent place to stay, neat and clean , calm and quite,for a pleasent stay There is no restaurant within, but delivery from outside is there . Walkable distance from Guduvanchery Jn (signal) Rent/day is moderate, for the facilities and cleanliness. If you are a TV freak, then get your favourite channels added, they have Tatasky. Else only local Channels are subscribed. Car parking are is also provided. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. I would personally recommend GRK Residency for a pleasent stay.
