Mudumalai Holiday Village Resort

We recently visited this resort for a family event and had a delightful stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The resort does not have an in-house restaurant, which may be inconvenient for guests looking for on-site dining options. Additionally, Wi-Fi coverage is limited and not accessible throughout the property. Overall, it's a charming place with a great ambiance, but addressing these aspects could enhance the guest experience further.

We stayed 3 nights and so far in our 2 weeks this has by far been the most welcoming stay, the manager was HONEST and helpful and the staff were friendly and catered to any need upon being asked. You have nature down the back where we saw two types of deer, a lengur and three giant squirrels. I recommend it for foreigners as you will not be treated any differently

Was a lovely stay at this resort. The staff were very helpful and looked after us with great care. If you take a wander down in the early morning or evening to the bottom of the property, you will see a herd of deer.

The place was good...but the manager was a bit rude...we had booked and to our shock there was no wifi or smart TV available...hassle for hot water in the early morning..since both of us were working and wifi was a crucial part it was very hard....since it was hillstation network was also bad which just made the experience bad.

I went to this place for my birthday trip and had a great time. The resort offers stunning views, excellent food, and well-maintained facilities. The comfortable rooms and serene surroundings made the stay delightful. The two very friendly dogs added a charming touch. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.

Clean & good stay at an affordable pricing, you could use the malabar restaurant nearby for your food requirements, it would be accessible with the car

We were a 8 group family and we had a great experience here at the resort. We loved the stay although the rooms might be small but it was a pleasant stay. Everyone's experience will be different but the staff were polite and very helpful. The Manager Sharfuddin was very helpful, our car ran into some mechanical issue and the manager did all that be could to help with the issue. The compound that the property is located in was beautiful too. Must stay if you are on a tight group budget.

I recently stayed at Mudumalai Holiday Village and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. The service from the host was outstanding; they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The ambiance of the village is perfect for families, with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere. There is also ample parking available, which made our stay very convenient. Although new villas are still under construction, this did not affect our stay in any negative way. The only minor downside was the breakfast; I wasn't a fan of the bread omelet. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, I highly recommend Mudumalai Holiday Village for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.
