I had a deeply disappointing experience with the reception and support team while attempting to book a private room under the name Beneeta Varghese on 1/5/2025. The process was marred by multiple issues, most notably the rude and unprofessional behavior of the resort's online chat representative. Despite my polite attempts to seek assistance, the responses I received were dismissive, discourteous, and far below the standard expected of a hospitality service.||At one point, a staff member even questioned, "Who is a customer?"--implying that only housekeeping staff could afford to book rooms. This was not only offensive but completely inappropriate. I had reached out simply to confirm room availability and arrange payment via GPay, but was instead met with hostility. The representative acted as though they had no interest in hosting us, which raises serious concerns about why this property is even listed on platforms like Booking.com.||To be clear, I never refused to pay--I merely asked about the payment process. Following that, the representative continued to mock both me and my friend, then proceeded to block our phone numbers and WhatsApp contacts. This kind of response to a guest en route to the property and attempting to make payment is entirely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed was shocking. In terms of hospitality, this place rates a zero--I would not recommend it to anyone.||As a backpacker and hospitality professional, I fully understand that Booking.com does not take responsibility for payments; it simply offers the option to pay at the property either in advance or upon arrival. I've traveled extensively across various countries, and I have never encountered such treatment--neither from Indians nor foreigners. It's incredibly disappointing to witness such a decline in the standard of Indian hospitality. In our culture, we believe in "Atithi Devo Bhava" (Guests are God), yet here is a beautifully located property completely failing to uphold even the most basic principles of guest service.

We had a serene and amazing experience at the resort . The caretaker s were friendly and took great care of us . Making us feel welcome. The food was delicious very balanced and home cooked, The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to see an Elephant right in front of our cottage. Also plenty of deers many birds . The resort is quite remote. It's a must visit if you want to enjoy a wildlife/ jungle experience. Thanks to the host and their team for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended for families.
Had an awesome experience at the resort! The location is fantastic, nestled in the middle of a forest, with plenty of wildlife passing through, which added to the charm. The food was delicious across all meals--breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Customer service was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. While the price s are reasonable considering they provide three meals a day.
It's one the best wild life resort , A paradise for those who love nature and wild animals. The place to get lost in the wild far away from the busy city life . The hospitality shown by the owner s & staff is amazing. Everything which we asked for was perfectly taken care off . Coming to the best part of the property is the wildlife sighting directly from the private balcony of each cottage . The list of animals that we sighted were 100 s of Spotted deers , 2 Tuskers , grey jungle , fowl , porcupine, Sambar Deer , and i doubt that I also saw a leopard in the night . I have been to different Forest reserve s all around India in search of big cats but this place is the best . Will definitely recommend this place to all nature wildlife lovers .

A stay where we are one with nature! The staff were also very attentive and catered to our needs. No complaints there.

This is the most authentic wildlife experience retreat I have ever been to. We stayed at the premium Chalets , which was so comfortable & well constructed, with a completely functional & clean bathroom as well. The food was absolutely delicious, Perfect value for money
We've truly found a gem! Nestled amidst dense forests and thriving wildlife, this place offers an unmatched experience for nature lovers. At night, we could hear the majestic roars of tigers and elephants, while mornings and evenings were filled with the sight of deer grazing in the grasslands and the delightful chirping of various birds--all visible from our room balcony
