Extremely disappointing stay. Stayed at this place to attend Chithirai Thiruvizha. The air conditioning was very poor on the first day. We asked them to fix it or at least give us another room, but all they did was set the temperature before we arrived to make it look like it was working. It wasn't. No towel was replaced after room cleaning. Maybe that's okay in a regular lodge, but when you're paying this much, you expect the basics to be covered. The restroom didn't have a proper exhaust, so it stayed damp the whole time. Again, not something you'd expect at this price. The faucet kept leaking. We informed them, but no one came to fix it. No follow-up, nothing. We even asked for two extra pillows since we had a family member with a disorder who needed them. They simply said no. No effort to help, no reason given. What a shame. They had the audacity to tell us that the tariff will be even higher next time. For this place? Unbelievable. We booked two months in advance, and honestly, even that felt like a mistake Most of our complaints were either ignored or brushed aside. Paid 4500+ per night for 2 nights. Total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel was just ok for one night stay. Better than the lodge. Old property but trying to maintain. We had comfortable stay. Don't expect 3 star services. The food was awesome. Overall you can stay for one night if coming for Meenakshi temple.

Wish there was an option of negative marking. Have paid 7500 for this room per night. Really bad one. Dirty is the word. Room, bedsheets, towels, cupboard... everything!! hot water kettle is also basis package... have never heard such a thing!! Hotel not willing to upgrade us or take more money and provide basic things in room.

We booked a room thru agoda and was asked to top up additional 1580 inr for 2 extra beds. Pls be careful when booking this hotel. The staff couldn't explain and when I asked for receipt, they were hesitant at first. Total pd ard 2780 inr & 1580 inr but receipt shows 3500 inr. Are they trying to avade tax. Room was clean and spacious but old look and main door difficult to open & lock. Very disappointed and will not come this hotel again.

I had booked a premium executive room late night. Very spacious and cleanly maintained. The hotel people are well behaved.

Room below average ( due to old building) Huge car parking is available and hotel is city center thus easy access to all top attractions are the plus points.

Old property, not well maintained. Rooms are small. If looking for just stay, is ok.They have ample parking space with good approachable location.

I lover their breakfast buffet.. dine is good there.. rooms are huge. I suggest the owners to provide electric kettle as well.
