Hotel Emeraald House

Excellent room with large space. Beds were so nice and comfort. Big size bathroom. Fast flow of water. Prime location with Best in-house famous restaurant - Amudhasurabhi. It's the best place in town to stay with family and kids.

There was no proper dinning plates or dinning spoons available. Since there is no in-house kitchen in the hotel, and only food parcel service available, the hotel should try to provide basic dinning plates and accessories. The Tea/coffee flasks doesn't retain its temperature and needs to be changed. Lots of Mosquitoes. Since I'm a returning client, I carried my own All-Out Repellent. Staffs were very good. Rooms & Beds are relatively comfortable.

5 Stars - A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Emeraald House (Amrutha Surabhi) I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Emeraald House (Amrutha Surabhi). The ambiance was serene and beautifully designed -- it felt welcoming the moment I stepped in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities thoughtfully arranged. One of the standout features was the food -- absolutely delicious! The traditional South Indian dishes were especially impressive, rich in flavor and authentically prepared. Every meal was a treat, and the staff at the restaurant were always courteous and helpful. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and eager to make my stay comfortable. The location is also a big plus -- centrally situated but peaceful, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a quiet retreat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Hotel Emeraald House (Amrutha Surabhi) to anyone visiting the area. I'm definitely looking forward to returning!

Hi I have booked the hotel for 28-Feb-2025 to 1-March-2025 due to sudden exam for my kids I could not came so I have asked him to cancel the room They are saying they don't have cancel policy .and they are saying they will check with management but till now no response I have called multiple time I have just paid on Friday only 21--feb-2025 Very poor response don't book this hotel...

Ambience , car parking , availability of good family restaurant neaby are all good factors, that's the reason I chose this hotel , BUT utterly disappointed by the room cleanliness. I found that the room was not cleaned thoroughly they just dusted and folded the bedsheets neatly after the previous customer which is disgusting and unforgivable for the cost of the room 1600 per day (most expensive one in the locality as far as I know).Thing is that ,all I wanted was an apology but the person in the counter who's is supposed to be incharge just escaped by pointing at the room service boy. I'm angry bcos it was my guest who stayed here and it left a very bad impression bcos of such mistakes. Cost: 1600/day Duration: 24hrs Toilet and shower: Good No complementary breakfast. I have attached bill and photos as proof of the unclean bed bcos I want to show that I'm saying the truth.

just visited Emeraald house the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. After conducting research, I selected this hotel. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it. The cultural experience at Emeraald left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.
