Reasonable price in near by location, came for tour gingee fort, mel malayanur and TV malai 2 days stay . Hot water available through solar heater in bathrooms. responsive team

It was a bad experience. Do not provide towel and we have to wait for so long after demanding for towel , drinking water etc. They do not provide soap, when requested we need to get from outside. Bathroom facility is below average

NICE PLACE TO STAY AT GINGEE AND BUDGET FRIENDLY, solar water heater for room bathroomtap , and backup water heater at floor lobby floor wise, easy access to Tourist location,. Organising transport if required. Guidance to customer. Within budget.

I stayed with my family for a day and night here. Pros: -Beds and other amenities were near and clean -Management was adjustable with the timings -AC was working very good -Space is available for parking in front of the hotel, it is public space on the side of the road. So, it's First come first serve basis Cons: -Beds are not in equal size in all the rooms. For double bed rooms, out of 4 rooms we booked, 3 had queen size bed (5 ft wide) and one had small bed (4 ft wide) which was not that comfortable for 2 ppl. Management was not ready to replace or add a single bed -Spotted beer bottles by the side of veranda, which cannot be welcomed at all -Bit overpriced for the rooms and facilities provided -Hot water is not directly available in the bathroom. We had to take the bucket and fill hot water from a separate tap in veranda -Room Ambience was not that great. Painting was not proper

1) The rooms are more suitable for bachelors- hot water needs to be brought from the end of each floor by the customers themselves. 2) We were forced to pay the full amount one day before when enquired via phone( Even after requesting to pay some advance amount). 3) Initially we were provided with a room AC not working properly (only hot air was blowing). Then when we requested for room change, the person in charge was ready to provide another room(good response). Eventhough AC was new and in good condition, the toilet in the room was Indian toilet unexpectedly. The whole stay became messy. We couldn't move out to other hotel due to already done full payment and it was also late and we were with our toddler.
