Vilvah Hotel Coimbatore

Decent stay - beds are comfortable, hotel is new but they need to be careful and offer more services. A few things I found.|1. The receptionists are eager to help and take up the responsibility but it does not drill down to the staff |2. Everyone expects to do lesser work than what they are required to do |3. When they clean the room, they don't use fresh linens unless you ask them to. They don't have in house laundry so the boys cut corners. They just flip the existing sheet and set the bed up. I asked for towel change and while they cleaned their dirty footwear on the towel on the floor, they did not care to even lift it and change it. I had to throw it out of the room and keep reminding them.|4. You have to ask for everything multiple times. I found it easy to ask for one thing at a time - like when you talk to a child and unfortunately this means that the poor boys have to make multiple trips. Even then, they disappear after a while. |5. The breakfast offered is good |6. Price of stay is slightly expensive |7. Check in was harrowing. They couldn't find my booking and another guest's booking too, |Overall - ok place to stay now - but could be good if they take care of these little things.

Everything is fine except the towels and bedspreads which were not fresh. We, 6 friends were in three separate rooms. All of us faced the same problem. Complimentary breakfast good with more variety of dishes.

Service slow people 2 giving towel 1, washroom door lock damage, table damage only bed was good rest all damage tv limited channel and netwrk 10 times lost no wifi provided.. we stayed for only 10 hrs requested to reduce price of room but not a single penny thy did too bad. Breakfast was superb

It is one of the best and most comfortable hotels. The room was very clean and had a fresh fragrance. Their service was excellent and provided every facility. The breakfast they offered was good. Thank you, vilvah, for making my stay happy and peaceful.

Ok for one night, don't spend a lot here. Staff : Nice and friendly Location : 2 min walk from Gandhipuram Town Bus stand Room : Decent size, AC, Fan, TV was there. The bathroom was OK, hot water was there, but the floor could have been cleaner. Could be improved : 1.Wi-Fi didn't work at all. 2.The room had a hot water kettle but no mugs or glasses. 3.Linen and Towels were not very clean. 4. Noises in the lobby at night. 5. Included breakfast has limited options. We had Idli and sevai upma with Tea/coffee/Banana Juice only. 6. No room service for lunch, evening snacks or dinner. No in house restaurant. 7. The door lock keeps getting stuck. We had to call reception to get it unlocked. Many have reported this issue in reviews but looks like no action has been taken. Paid 2600/night for a deluxe room. But I felt I should have been 1800-2000 max.

First of we can`t provide even a single star rating for this hotel. It`s a place where we can experience very rude, irresponsible & unprofessional management. I stayed at Hotel Vilvah, Coimbatore, from November 28 to 29, and the experience was disappointing. Towels and bed sheets are not clean and it smells. In bathroom, water clogged & not draining properly. Even after repeat complaints, they just said it`s rectified. Next day during bath, the same issue. Very very bad and poor customer service. During check out, I have been asking for the invoice bill for the stay they are not able to provide that even after a week Not sure why they denied giving me the hard copy of the invoice. GST..I THINK TO AVOID PAYING GST THEY DIDN'T GIVE BILL & THEY DONT PAY GST ALSO. But getting GST amount from customer and they are not providing bills & cheating government without paying taxes. I have asked my relative to go personally to get the GST bill & they have provided GST bill for 1day inspite of my 2days stay. BIG CHEATERS, LIARS, POOR HOTEL. Don`t see the images in websites & book it. Totally waste of money and don`t get trapped into unwanted situation.

This hotel offers a reasonable price for a stay in Coimbatore city. The location is excellent--just a few minutes away from Coimbatore Railway Station. For those new to the city, a booked auto may cost around 100, and there are several buses available from the railway station to the nearby bus stand. Room & Amenities: The rooms are clean and well-maintained, equipped with WiFi, TV, 24/7 hot water, spacious wardrobes for luggage, and both lift and staircase access. Wi-fi connectivity worked in the reception area, but not inside the room. The environment feels safe and comfortable. The hospitality is commendable, especially Receptionist Abhishek, who is very welcoming. The room service staff are polite and helpful. Food & Dining: A complimentary breakfast is served from 8 AM onwards, with a variety of options, including idly, dosa, sweets, and fried snacks, along with tea and coffee--all available in unlimited servings. Surroundings: Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, shopping marts, and clothing stores, making it a convenient choice for visitors. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free stay, ideal for travelers visiting Coimbatore.

Courteous and smiling staff. Easy check in formalities , dining . Good food. Bath towels are extremely dirty, bad smell of cigarettes in wash room.
