The Chennai Residency, Coimbatore

One of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. The room looked nothing like the photos online--walls were stained, the bed linen felt unwashed, and there was a musty smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was worse--leaky faucets, poor drainage, and no hot water. Towels provided were old and rough. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, housekeeping never showed up. The AC barely worked, making the stay even more uncomfortable. The only positive was the location, but that doesn't make up for such poor service and cleanliness. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend unless they seriously upgrade their standards.

I was bad experience in your, residency in Coimbatore, because resent days manager, sanjeev was very worstable behavior, treated customer using bad words, i was asking towel he was ask money 30rs, and bedspread 50rs, very worstable management, if i kind request plzz remove the perticular manager, me and my wife was treatly bad, thank u, In future that manager sanjeev was there in ur lodge, i was never staying in ur lodge

The room was okay. They charge 1600 for 2 adults. The rest room was neat and clean. The bed and pillow are neat and clean. They gave a two bedsheet which was torn. Ac is working average. The water heater is not working properly. I think the room was worth it for money. It located near gandhipuram bus stand.

Worst experience till now . No maintenance and cleanliness in rooms

Poorly maintained and overpriced. Paid 2000 on MMT for AC room but its not even worth 1000rs. Didn't even provide Soap in the bathroom. Old and stained bedsheets and blankets. Broken water heater.

Pleasant Stay. Well equipped rooms and nice breakfast. Even though stayed for a short period we enjoyed our stay. Sathya Narayanan at reception was very friendly nature. Our check in process was very smooth. We ensure will visit again.

I booked the room via Goibibo. I booked a deluxe ac room. We don't have an option to control the AC temperature. To get hot water we need to go down to the reception to ask him to switch on the hot water. The AC pipe was leaking and the morning when I woke up I ended up stepping my leg in cold water when I stepped from my bed because the room was full of water. Even after going down and asking him to switch on hot water the pipe was very slow and took one hour to fill one bucket. For the deluxe room and the cost they charged it's not worth booking.

Clean accommodation setup, just 5 mins walk from Gandhipuram main bus stand. They charged 700rs per day for a non AC room. The rooms were clean, the washroom could be a little better. The receptionist was helpful and quickly arranged the room. Overall a good accommodation setup for a short stay when you're travelling.
