FabHotel Jansi Deluxe - Hotel in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

We had a very nice and good experience here.. To be frank, i felt uneasy after reading the earlier reviews. But once we had been there, i felt better. We got free unlimited breakfast as well as drinking water, whenever requested. Only uncomfortable is that the road till the hotel is very narrow and lots of Two Wheelers park their vehicle in a pathetic manner. Also, the A/C in the rooms should be reconditioned. Also, hot water should be given in the evening too

Perfect Location.. we booked a deluxe room but the room size is very small there is no space for the third bed. Breakfast is good. The room is not same as the picture they uploaded..

Worst experience worst hotel worst service and food. I have stayed in the hotel for 3 days. They asked for advance payment so that you can't leave the hotel. The bathroom was stinky too badly like a public toilet. The room was full of dust and everything was broken. Ex-table, side table, doors, remote, Ac. Nothing is good at all. AC wasn't even working and the water leak was there. I asked for room service so they have their own fixed timing. They said after 11 cleaning would be done. The staff was not supportive at all. In the bathroom, the tap was broken. I asked for help so they started blaming each other Bed sheets and comfort are also dirty and they can't do anything about that. Yes and morning breakfast - they distribute food on their own with dirty hands. The table was so dirty they didn't even clean it for the next person. It was full of negative energy. No greetings no good morning nothing no smile at all on their face. Feels like the whole staff is working forcefully there or maybe they are not interested in their job. Worst experience. Not to suggest anyone to go there. Please don't make a fool of the public by uploading your charming picture for your property on sits. Show them the reality so that people can decide and enjoy their stay.

Very poor customer service. Electronic items like TV and AC not working properly.they only focus on payment even for additional beds. Bathrooms are not spacious. Tea provided was not good... Total review wise not recommended for family including childrens... Bachelors can adjust. Poor maintainance. *PICTURES FOR REFERENCE WAS NOT ORIGINAL /MAY BE ITS OLD PICS*

Service and location is good. Nice staff and market s very close. The rooms are not clean, do not believe the photos shown for advertisement. Even hot water is not available throughout the day, even in winter season. The Room we were given was smelling a little bad as well as the washroom.

Worst experience...room was not clean and hygienic. Bathroom was stinking and had fungus on tiles...Room and bathroom floor was oily and slippery. Bedsheets were not clean and were used ones. AC remote was not working. We had to ask for water and towel. Very difficult to get to the hotel by own vehicle as it is the main market area. Too congested road. Dining area was not clean. In short not at all worth it.

Stayed in this place, do not recommend. Paid nearly 10k and this place is not event worth 2500. Rooms not maintained, very unpleasant hotel experience not like a hotel more like a lodge. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
