The stay was horrible. I was treated badly and the room had no ventilation, they never bother to help us with the ac cooling issue. No sufficient colling as the ACs were may be older than me. Office boy was not helpful. He set the temperature from his side and simply teasing us by giving the AC remote. I need a refund as my friend who stayed with me had to struggle a lot as the air conditioning was not working at all. He was setting 18 as the ac cooling but it never worked we had a difficult stay there. I ll neve recommend nor stay there. Worst stay I ever had in my 20 yrs of career. Pathetic service and facilities.

Very dirty room......full of cockroaches.... informed them and not even bothered about that......Not even kept dustbins ...our stay is not pleasant...very worst

The hotel and all was good but service is worst the ac dint work first time we stayed here and second time also after we came they repaired the ac when the people were resting it's really disturbing and annoying that they are disturbing us during our resting time the fan dint work in another room so I request u to be uptodate with the services if not u will loose customers
