Hotel Sivaranjani

This property is right in the heart of the city - with easier access to all Government Offices , Railway Station etc . This is a very busy area with Shops, Restaurants in the neighbourhood. Having stayed in hundreds of Hotels in India and abroad , strongly suggest this Hotel has to improve in hygiene , upgrade their rooms with contemporary gadgets and fixtures for which this Hotel needs a major renovation. Pluses Located on the busy Brough Road. Railway Station is just five minutes by car. Anjappar Non Veg restaurant is in the ground floor. Very proactive , courteous and helpful Front Office Staff and Room boys . Mr Kavin in particular was quick to redress and resolve a few issues that I had pertaining to the room. Staff attitude is a huge plus. Two 500 ml water bottles are provided alongwith sample size Soap and shampoo. Areas of concern The property is about 40 years old . It's evident from the wear and tear . It's scary to take the lift that has collapsible gates . Bathrooms need a major makeover - rickety , leaky taps , old & stained closets , dirty walls . Couldn't get hot water as the water mixer tap was faulty. Airconditioner wasn't working in the room , but the room was subsequently changed. No lights in the corridors. Stench emanates in the corridors as the Bathroom/Toilet in rooms do not have an exhaust - the ventilator of the bathroom is on the corridor wall . No complimentary breakfast When they charge about Rs.2900 per room , they're supposed to provide electric kettle with tea / coffee sachet The Management has to look into these to ensure they have more footfalls.

Just went here to get an allergic experience where the bathrooms and rooms filed with mosquitos and lift won't work properly ...beds will be half cracked and no ac accomodation is more awful..pls try only ac rooms very bad experience to get in and get a allergic sneeze and eye swelling experience because no cleanliness...very bad

We had a nice experience in Sivaranjani hotel.The rooms were clean but the toilet had leakage issues.

Worst service ever. Don't expect good services on this hotel. For any emergency if you call, no one will respond immediately. Even water bottles you never get when you ask. Many rooms ac, tv not working. Also intercom not available on most of the rooms to reach reception. If you call directly line, no respect and proper response from receptionist. More of mosquitos on AC room and no hot water facility available on rest room. Think before booking rooms.

Budget friendly. Rooms were neat and clean. Lighting is not so good. Rest room suppose to be more clean. Little much disappointed with rest room. Service was excellent. Excellent spot and easily accessible for everything. Budget friendly.

Totally worst. Service bad. Room alone available but no room Service AC not working no dinning And the way manager speaks is not good he is not giving customer support just giving free advice which is not acceptable. So don't select this.

Good hotel to stay while in Erode. Located in the middle of the business centre, rooms and washroom are spacious and comfortable with a affordable price tag.

One of the decent hotels in this area. Only drawback is that for veg people, we have to walk almost a km for veg food. During festival season, nearby tea shops would be closed. This is located in between the bus stand & railway station - each at 1.5 km distance. Overall, an above average hotel.
